KFC — Restaurant in Dunnellon

I haven't had KFC in ages and stopped. Love the pot pie and potatoes n gravy! 4 girls argued about who was going to wait on me as I'm patiently waiting at the counter. Besides me there was an elderly couple dining in. A pleasant black lady waited on me and was pleasant and knowledgeable of the choices. I thanked her for taking my order. Restaurant #L518098 in Dunnellon Florida. Ticket #3001. I paid over 15.00 and decided to eat in. The girls continued to laugh and carry on loudly they even video videoed their silliness. My cashier explained to them that they'd better not be posting on social media and they cackled and laughed at her as she was sweeping up behind the counter. They were very disruptive. A drive through customer had to wait for part of his order and the girl came in from giving it to him. She yelled and repeated that he snatched the bag out of her hand multiple times. Not very professional conduct for most of those employees. I took the rest of my meal and drove an hour back home and just finished it. Bad taste in my mouth about the way those girls acted in front of a paying customer. I even explained to the cashier that it had been ages since I've had your food and she was very helpful with the decisions on what I wanted. Thank you...

THE 50/50 KFC...dining room open or is it closed? what's going on? Location is in Dunnellon Fl. sometimes you pull up there's a sign on the door says due to lack of help restaurant is closed drive-thru open. other times you come in and the doors open you can sit down and eat. You won't know until you grab the door handle and pull because the sign is always on the door. Odds are 50/50. I said to myself how hard can it be? There's other fast food restaurants all around here that are consistently open. Something's not right. What KFC fails to realize is, it's hard to drive and eat greasy chicken..so if you're taking a break from work and want to have lunch inside in a cool temperature restaurant is preferred.. get it right! Reorganize and relaunch!!! It should be called "the 50/50 KFC". sometimes we're open sometimes we're not. Just come on over and the pull the door handle. Maybe it will open maybe it won't....

I moved to Dunnellon just over a year now, this makes the 4th visit to this KFC and most likely will be my last. Every visit they didn't have what I wanted and so I had to either just leave or get something I didn't want. So again they were out of extra crispy, so I took the regular 3 piece with mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home to eat because you can't eat there and again this was the worst I think I have gotten there. It tasted like they hadn't changed the grease for ever and the 3 pieces of chicken was hard almost like it was over cooked or under a heating lamp for a while. However what confused me was when I pulled in there was 1 person waiting off to the side and at least 8 cars in front of me so I figured it was going to be fresh. We got a #2 and a #3 and let me tell you $17.00 was too much to pay for what we got. I like KFC but we WON'T BE BACK TO THIS ONE, unless they open up the Dining...
