I rarely rate one stars but I cannot with this Taco Bell. I came a week ago and had problems with their app not putting my order in for 20 mins and that was its own issue. I swore I was never going to use the app again but decided to give it another try and do what the employee told me to do the time before to make it more smooth. Essentially what happened was I put my order it at the store and it estimated me a 20 mins ago wait time even though they were dead and I hand to cancel it, reorder, etc. so I put the order in while I was leaving the grocery store since I was told the orders are on a "ready time" and it can take a minute. They estimated that wait at 6 minutes so I'm not sure about why the times were so different. So I get to the store and I don't see my order under the pick up area so I wait.. and I wait... and I wait. Literally 25 minutes from when I ordered until this point. I'm standing right in front of the mobile order area. Employees are looking at me, no one says anything to me, they are taking other people orders, and I'm just waiting. Mind you, I had groceries in the car and my two young children who were with my husband screaming. The Hispanic lady that took their order before I asked had a HORRIBLE attitude. She was not only rude to me, the gentleman before me who had to wait forever to get his order taken and only order to tacos. She was so incredibly rude she needs to be coached in customer service. Anyway, I ask about my order and THEY PULL IT OUT FROM UNDER THE MOBILE ORDER PLACE. So this whole time I was waiting my order was sitting right there!!!!! I mention it to the lady that I had been waiting forever and she blew me off and was SO rude. I left the store very upset so I decided to call and talk to the manager. The manager apologized and told me there was a ton of theft so they keep the mobile orders under the counter. I explained to her that so many employees looked at me but not one person said anything to me, and how am I to know their process when I'm standing right in front of the mobile pick up area?? I mean basic customer service would be to ask what I need after 5 mins, let alone 20. Needless to say when I got my food it was completely cold, and my kids were screaming their heads offs. I absolutely detest this Taco Bell and would rate 0 starts if I could. The woman working the counter was awful, the mobile ordering system was awful, two times the charm I guess. Corporate needs to reach out to me over this as I have sent several complains in.
Edit to add photos from my next experience here š this taco cost 3.19 and the fiesta...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had never had serious issues at this location before but today I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I ordered on the app, not aware of any issues at the restaurant (because how would I know?). When I got to the drive thru I was informed that their power was out. When we asked what would happen since we already paid for our order, we were met with some lady yelling at us about how there was nothing for us there and they had no food. She didn't seem to understand that we were just asking what the steps would be to get a refund and she was extremely combative and unprofessional right off the bat when we weren't even being rude to them. I work in customer service and know it can get stressful and I know that losing power in the middle of the work day can be frustrating because it has happened to me, but it's unacceptable for her to be so rude, especially over a simple and logical question. She had zero interest in helping us and basically just told us to go away. Obviously, she must have left all of her customer service skills at home (if she had any to begin with). I will most likely not be returning to this location. Hopefully, I'll be able to get a refund...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst visit to the new Taco Bell in our town. I used the app to order also a first for me. The app is great, very user friendly. The food and service however was subpar. I opted to go in and get it, about two minutes after I walked in a bag was placed on the back edge of the counter. The employee did not say a name or order number just set it down out of the way and walked away. By the time the cashier, who was slammed had two seconds to answer me about my order the food had been sitting there for almost ten minutes. They crammed it all in one bag and there was no room for me to pull it all out and check it. I got home .5 miles away and of course it was all pretty much cold. They forgot one item. Didn't put the sour cream I was charged for on the item it was added to. And the two things in boxes were on the very bottom of an overfilled bag...
