Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Durango

I ordered two medium pizzas at 9:37. I gave them the wrong number at first which is my fault. So I called the store and corrected my number. I sat outside waiting for 30 MORE minutes for the delivery guy, Seth to arrive at my apartment complex. He said he called me, but he didn't. I had my phone in my hands AND I was waiting outside to make sure I got the pizza this time. The manager checked his call log and said he called me but he didn't because I didn't receive a call. He didn't even show up to my complex! they gave me a 20 dollar credit but that doesn't make up for the fact that I didn't receive my food TONIGHT. I ordered pizza for a reason, there is no food at my house! I'm extremely upset that the "manager" trusts Seth enough over a customer! What happened to the customer is always right? I have been a manager at a fast food place and this is NOT okay. She was very rude and her employee was lying. I was literally waiting outside for my food. That's how I know he didn't even come. He probably drove away from pizza Hut did a circle and came back. This place is extremely unprofessional, it's obvious by the ratings...

I had traveled to Durango for business and the first trip I had I ordered delivery to my hotel room....Said it was gonna be 30-45 min and I waited 1hr and 45 min!!!! MY PIZZA WAS SUPER COLD!! I came down on my next trip to Durango and decided well maybe I will order online and i can go pick up when it's ready and it should be fresh I ordered personal pan pizza and 5piece wings !! I get there right in 15 min when it said it would be ready, the girl working there was not welcoming to customers because she was figuring out some previous orders or something and finally asked me if I was there for a pick up. I said yes and then she said oh it is just coming out, she got my pizza out of oven put it in box and said there's the pizza, and the wings were not even ready! She asked her coworkers if anyone got the wings and nope they didn't! So I had to wait another 20 minutes for the wings and she left my pizza on the counter!!! This place sucks and they need new management!!! Other pizza huts I order from are not like this!! I will never order from Durango Pizza...

Way to bring in the new year! On the toilet with food poisoning thanks to this Pizza Hut!

DO NOT make the mistake of taking the average review score lightly here, like we did. We said, "1.7 stars on Google? Oh, how bad could it be, really? It's a pizza hut"

We could not have made a worse decision. We both got food poisoning- yes, diarrhea, vomiting, severe stomach cramping- he is still sick and having trouble even holding down water. Hoping the store owner will see this review and make some serious changes to ensure future customers don't suffer the same fate.

Oh, and maybe inform the teenager working your counter that after he's done letting my pizza get cold while selecting "The Gorillaz" on the jukebox, he should wash his hands before handling said pizza again. Though, I suppose it wouldn't have mattered considering the pizza and/or toppings in question and their, likely, initial state of contamination.
