Burger King — Restaurant in Durango

Look, I am a life long fan of delicious fast food burgers. But I don't know who this burger king in Durango hires. Teenager? Derelicts? The illiterate? I'm not sure, but whoever is in their kitchen can't read the order screen. I have gone here a handful of times (though not often, since this location is really difficult to get into and out of especially, given where it's placed at an intersection). The last 2 times I went there, they got my sandwiches wrong as hell. I always order plain cheeseburgers--meat, cheese, bun. Probably the easiest thing I could order besides fries. The 2nd to last time, my plain sandwich had bacon on it, I discovered after I drove away. I'm no savage, and love bacon, just not on my cheeseburgers. Thankfully it was easy enough to pick off. But the last time we went there, hooo, boy. Ordered 2 meals with drinks and fries. I told my partner to check my sandwich before we drove away, and sure enough it was made wrong. Gave it back and they gave me the correct sandwich, but it was only luke-warm. We drove away with our screaming toddler in the back and just wanted to eat our (rather expensive--$18 for 2) meals. Only to discover they had given him the wrong sandwich entirely. Begrudgingly drove back, sat for a long time in the drive thru, and got to the window and they said "sorry, your actual sandwich is sitting right here". Felt bad for the kid working the drive thru as it seemed like it wasn't the first time the kitchen had messed up orders that day. With as difficult as it is to get in and out of this location, I won't be back, except to redeem the free whopper I received for taking a survey on the back...

Service was very rude. I had gotten to the speaker to order was told "order whenever your ready" she sound very rude I thought to myself maybe they are short handed as I proceeded to order as I was still ordering I was rudely interrupted asking if I wanted cheese, I said no, and I.... Again rudely Interrupted with "what do you want to drink" I said my drink and continued to order and I was told my total I said "how rude, I wasn't done ordering" and I was addressed rudely again at the end of ordering I was asking if my fries on my order had no salt and I was told "and" I asked kindly 'the fries are no salt correct" the answer I got was "anything else" sounding annoyed and. Not wanting to take my order. I get to the window again the same lady who took my order who appeared to be a manager she was in a grey colored shirt seem very impatient and I was not given a receipt and the window was shut in my face and the lady walked away immediately after. I get back to my destination and my fries were fresh but also taste as if it were pulled early and we're cold.First and last time I would ever go there. If I could do a ZERO...

There’s a lot that goes to this story but here’s my rundown. On 10/28 we went through drive through and order a veggie burger. Got home, it was a beef patty. My daughter is vegetarian and my son was sick. I called the local story and after going around with the MOD we agreed I would be refunded if I door dashed my order. Came in next day and district manager, Thalia, didn’t want to refund me anything at first. I asked for the door dash refund and she only wanted to do just the burger. Not sure why a World wide chain can’t afford to refund me but she was totally rude and didn’t care to make sure a customer was happy. Don’t go there. The place is nasty once you step into the parking lot. Cobwebs all over windows, old spilled drinks on the sidewalk and crusty seats. The cashier was very nice but once I mentioned a refund for the door dash manager became argumentative. I don’t ever do this especially for a big company but her actions were unacceptable.
