Thirty-four minutes in the drive through line AFTER ordering until I received my order... only two cars in front of me... none of us had complicated orders. Several people got out of line and just drove away because it was taking so long. When I did receive it the kids meal sandwich was switched with the non-kids meal sandwich and they tried to give me someone else's drinks which I had to point out weren't mine. Melted Frosty was running down the outside of the cups in a big mess. No apology for taking so long. Employees were moving slow as molasses in January, I watched the gal who was supposed to hand out the food wander around aimlessly for several minutes while my food was clearly sitting there ready... along with that of several behind me in line. Eventually the gal who was taking the drive through orders turned around and helped (aka did it for her).
Not sure if she just had no work ethic or was under the influence of a substance.... but something was not right.
I've had okay experiences at this location in the past... but this was NOT okay today. So much for saving some time on a busy day with "fast" food. I could've driven home and made a gourmet meal...
Read moreI really wanted Wendy’s, specifically spicy chicken nuggets and a Jr Bacon cheeseburger. I ordered a biggie bag with regular nuggets and a 4 for $4 with spicy nuggets and my JBC. I got regular nuggets for both orders, no worries. I thought it would happen because I didn’t hear him repeat it but chalked it up to the rain since it was a drive thru order. So I double checked and pulled back around and told him. I’ll even buy another set of spicy nuggets separate because someone else will eat the regular ones. But then I get to my destination and found no bacon on my JBC. I also ordered a grilled chicken wrap with ranch instead of honey mustard, came with no dressing just plain chicken.
Also, while at the drive thru I had to wait for “fresh fries” but they tasted like old fries dipped back in the fryer or old grease. I could smell them through the bag and not in a good way. Overall it was disappointing and I tried to be forgiving about not being offered a replacement for the wrong nuggets but everything was just a bit much. I’m glad I leave Durant and this is not my...
Read moreI ordered online, I waited 10 minutes or so to head to Wendy's. (7/12/2024 @ around 10:30 p.m.) I pulled into the drive thru, explained that I had a mobile order...(there was 1 SUV in front of me at the window)..I was told to hold on....I never got a response, so I pulled forward, she gave me my drinks and told me to pull forward into a parking space.
I waited an additional 15 minutes, she brought the food to my car, no apologies for taking over half an hour, I asked if the sauces were in the bag, she said yes, before I could tell her thank you, she was gone. I understand being stressed and tired, but it shouldn't have taken 30-40 minutes for a mobile order. They were not that busy, apparently they didn't even begin the order until I arrived.
The 'new saucy wings' were more like soggy wings! They were nasty, and I got 3 different kinds, all bad. Those commercials are so mis-leading. You are better off going to Chili's and ordering a 3-for me. It's a much better deal!! We probably wouldn't have waited as long either!! Wendys needs to get...
