Burger King — Restaurant in Durham

If I could give negative stars I would... literally the worst place to be employed because of the management SOLELY and the worst place to get food if in a rush...Was employed here as long as I could take the disrespect from the shift managers and the GM Fred....shift managers set you up for failure and basically want you to look bad so they can bring their unemployed friends in to work. They basically are bad news all around...if you get hired here TRUST....YOU will always be the problem....but they offer no proper training....no one on one guidance and expect you to know everything while they throw you on the drive thru your 2nd or 3rd day...Shift leaders always have the worst attitudes... especially if their on drive thru...but will blame that on you as well...they run out of everything almost every day...from cup lids to lettuce🤦🏾‍♀️...it's truly sad....as a customer the food is always warm not hot or cold for that matter...and they honestly will not Help you as an employee charge .15 for sauces...ice cream machine is always broken....just save your money and go elsewhere... they're not worth it!...

For the select few people who read reviews of fast food spots I've been coming to this BK location since I was a kid. Wow have they gone downhill, completely due to the inconsiderate staff.

-Very VERY rude and manipulative employees. There was a pregnant Hispanic lady who kept my credit card because she didn't hear me say no mayo on the burger. Instead she threatened to keep it until I paid for that burger, plus a new one to be made! MY Credit Card??

-The other employee grabbed by fries BY HAND after scratching his head under under his baseball cap, then rubbing his hand across his nose and shirt.

-Then the food came out cold and stale, like it had been sitting for literal hours and the staff just decided to nuke it in a microwave when I ordered.

There's a BK 8min up the road near Jordan High School. Please consider your sanity and health, and take the 2 mile drive to avoid this insanity. They treated me very well and the food came out fresh...

An absolute sh**show. I've never even thought of rating anywhere before this moment. Today, Feb 6th 2019 I went in at 5:30pm, and didn't get my food until 6:10pm. In those 40 minutes I witnessed the lowest bar for human competence snap in half, catch on fire, and mashed into the ground. Every patron had been there for 40+ minutes, some as long as an hour waiting on orders. The cashier also managed to hand out every order wrong while I waited. Every. Single. One. It was hilarious. The whole place needs to be fired, replaced, and a hardees needs to be built instead or something. Honestly, if you're the owner and are reading this, fire the cashier who had this shift asap. It was as if she was replaced by an alien sim. You know, where they try to learn how humans perform basic tasks, and still hilariously fail in every way? Yeah it was like that but somehow worse.
