UPDATE AGAIN: 7/10/24 this morning was given the wrong drink AGAIN which I am ALLERGIC to (your lemonade) so again risking my life. Happens frequently only at this location. What is up with your employees here not getting orders right? It's not my communication issue, as I only have this problem at THIS location. Infuriating and UNSAFE. Half sweet, half unsweet tea.....is NOT an arnold palmer. Nowhere in what I said indicates that I want lemonade. Sidenote: I didn't know your employees were trying to kill me until I got all the way to work because they didn't give me a straw. Please stop trying to kill me, it's ruining my day and also stop stealing my money by way of charging me for products I did not consent to buying. Thanks.

Original: This is the 5th time so have ordered a tea half sweet half unsweetened but instead receive half lemonade at this location. I am allergic to artificial sweeteners which put my life at risk. I get heart palpitations slurred speech and numb arms and legs. It is a danger for me to drive after I have a sip of this drink. On the 4th time I spoke to a manager on site about how important it was and she was saying what she was supposed to say but I could tell she couldn’t give two pennies about this issue. Allergies are life threatening and need to be taken seriously. This is the 5th time and I am so furious that people at this location do not take this concern seriously. I am tired of paying $30 for someone to get my order wrong, risk my life, and then have a sarcastic uncaring tone.
Sidenote, for any Chik Fil A staff that read this review. I see on the website that you only put splenda in diet lemonade and not in the regular lemonade, I don't know if that is a change from before, or if I've been given diet lemonade on mulitple occasions in my tea at this location because with 100% guaranteed certainty I have been given a lemonade with artificial sweetener multiple times at this location which is a huge concern since I have an...
Read moreI placed a catering order several weeks ago for an event that I was hosting this morning for my residents at the apartment community I manage. I ordered 35 chicken biscuits, and 35 sausage biscuits. I arrived to pick them up 15 minutes early, so did have to wait a few minutes as they prepared the order (which is understandable). The associate handed them to me in a fairly large bag, so I assumed the biscuits were all there. Not until I drove 20 minutes back to the property did I realize that they only gave me the 35 chicken biscuits and left the sausage ones out altogether! I immediately called them. The employee that answered the phone was very nice, but asked if I could come back and get them. Sure, I would love to leave the event that I have been planning for a month, miss half of it (it was only scheduled for 7:30am to 9:00am), and come back and get the other half of my order that you messed up! I drove 20 minutes back up there. They had them ready. There was no offer to throw in a Diet Pepsi, or hell, even an extra biscuit would have been a nice gesture. They just handed them to me and said here you go. I know we, as humans, all make mistakes. However, I left my house an hour early this morning so I could get there in time to get ready for the event. This is the third time I’ve been to this specific location and each time I come here their is some issue with them not being able to get the name for my order from the app. Every other chick-fil-a location can bring up my name from scanning the app except this one. This is also the second time I ordered a milkshake and asked for no whipped cream. When I get the shake there is no cherry. I let it go the first time they told me they had no cherries and today when they told me they didn’t have any cherries, I told them to refund me and all of a sudden, the cherries that they magically ran out of appear. Please train you people better, it’s important to your customers to have a great experience. It’s sad that I even have to post this but it needs to be addressed. Three failed visits in the three times I’ve been there can’t be a coincidence, this seems to be an issue with the location.
Follow up: Much better! It’s like a night and day difference now. Team members are more attentive and knowledgeable about their job. Last year I had an issue with multiple team members telling me they needed my name before scanning the app to place my order, which is not true. Now since my last visit over a year ago, they scan my app and take my order. They seemed to have stopped lying about not having cherries for their milkshakes as well.
