Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Durham

Let me start off by saying it pains me to write this because I luv me some Chipotle but i can no longer let my experience go unspoken. I've been to this location 2 times in less than a month and each time was TRASH!!!. I was extremely disappointed each time I visited this location. The first time the girl wrapping my burrito, had a "IDGAF" attitude and lazily wrapped my burrito and by the time I got home to dive into my burrito it literally started falling apart!!!! Isnt that what Chipotle is known for huge burritos staying in tack????? Needless to say i was upset. On top of the burrito being wrapped poorly, the anijo steak was so overcooked that it disintegrated in my mouth and, not to mention, was cold!!!! I decided to give this place one more shot but same thing occurred the next time i visited SMH I even told the same employee from last time wrapping my burrito it fell apart and asked her if she could ensure to wrap it better this time. When I tell you this chic gave me a death stare, I am not exaggerating. No sooner than I got home and started eating my burrito, it started falling apart. This location has messed up my order twice, and each time, I've spent close to $40. I should have drove back each time and demanded a refund but I didn't instead I'm leaving this review for ANYONE even considering going to this location I DONT recommend it and I won't visit this location EVER again. I'm better off going to McDonald's...

The service was terrible. When i walked in the staff was congregated together chatting. They made me feel like I disturbed them when I ordered the veggie bowl. This was my first time eating here. So I wasn't familiar with the ingredients. When i started ordering I asked questions about ingredients the person was hesitant to answer me she would just wave her hands for me to pick what I wanted because I felt like I was bothering her I said ok just put in it what comes with the veggie bowl again she waved her hands down the row for me to choose what I wanted. Well the rice was hard and not done. The person making my food was rude when I asked the name of some ingredients on the line she just waved her hand. When she prepared my food she put rice on one side of the container when I asked her why she didn't put rice on the whole bottom she rolled her eyes. The other server heard me ask the question so she she added more rice. By the time food was finished it looked like a pile of mess. This was my first time at Chipotle and I will not be going back. I am disappointed with my first visit here and wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering from this location. I was passing through the area. Decided to order from here because my usual location wasn’t accepting mobile, online orders for some reason. I get all the way home and find that my order was not prepared accurately. I asked for light cheese in my burrito bowl and instead got extra sour cream. I hate sour cream. I had to scrape off the top half of the bowl leaving me with mostly brown rice. I tried to “clean” off as much of the sour cream as I could from the ingredients/toppings but I gave up after about 20 minutes because I was hungry. What a waste. The sad part is, they were not even busy. No excuse for not reading and preparing my order correctly. I will not be returning here.
