Been a customer there since last year. Purchased the Cornbread, Caramel Apple and Moonbean Ice Cream cookies and the S'Mores Brownie. Cornbread was one of my favorites so I got it again. The Cornbread and Caramel Apple was warm and the Brownie and Moonbean Ice Cream were cold. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my desserts. The Cornbread tasted like pure sugar. Entirely too sweet and the buttercream was actually sour. I literally got sick to my stomach. Called the store to request a refund and was denied. I was only offered to have the desserts replaced. Mind you I spent over $20 for 4 desserts. Since I was stuck with the desserts I tried the Caramel Apple. It was just sugar with apples. It was entirely too sweet. The Brownie; when picking it up to bite into it; it fell apart all over my floor. And the actual brownie was hard as a rock as if they had overcooked it. The Moonbean cookie was a bit too sweet but not too bad. However I was expecting a different flavor for the topping. Overall I could not eat the desserts and it's disturbing that the staff were finding excuses not to refund me back. I literally got sick to my stomach eating the Cornbread cookie and never finished it. It should not have been extremely sweet and the buttercream was not suppose to have been sour. I've had that cookie before. Seems like the staff was very generous with the sugar when making the cookies. The sugar overpowered the taste of the cookie. And since I got sick it makes sense to refund the customer. But I was told they use the same formula everyday with a certain about of calories but yet your buttercream had a sour taste to it. So why would I want another batch of desserts when "ALL" if the ones I purchased were definitely not the best. I even offered to bring the cookies back. I know they can't resell them but at least they got their desserts back. And it shows that I was not going to eat them because they were sooo bad. But nope no refund even if I got sick. I will never go back again. I rather go to Dulce or Insomnia. Since your were blinded by greed and didn't want to refund me $20, them I'll just go elsewhere. And I will spread my experience so that no one else will go thru what I went thru. As far as I'm concerned, the buttercream was probably spoiled and you still put it on the cookies. You're lucky that my sickness from eating that cookie...
Read moreOur company had an all-day meeting, and we got through thanks to Crumbl Cookie! Ordering online was easy; they were open at 8 am for pick-up! It was so clean there you could eat crumbs off the floor! Brianna and Sydney were helpful and friendly! From their team to ours at Carpe Diem Cleaning was a win. What a great team at the Southpoint location! We had the party box and were able to try two of each of the featured flavors. The Apple Pie Cookie was better than apple pie, and the cornbread cookie was way better than grandma's cornbread. There are no bad flavors. They were festive, and when we were fading in our meeting, we all called for a Crumbl Cookie break! Our company motto is to seize a clean day, and we are now saying in our office, "Seize a...
