I was extremely dissatisfied with this location, the quality of the pizza and the customer service of 2 employees. I placed an order for two thin crust pizzas and once the pizzas arrived they where extremely burnt. I called and asked if i could give these pizzas back and be replaced with better quality. The first person I spoke with he gave the phone over to his manager, she got on the phone already with an sassy attitude. As i spoke with her first she told me " there is noway that your pizzas are burnt", so now i felt as if she was calling me a liar. Then she placed me on hold and as she got back on the phone laughing saying " aite we can replace those pizzas" i then asked if I could PAY for a 3rd order she told me "NO" they can only give me those pizzas. I continued to tell her that I could pay for it, as she was not listening and continue with the sassy snappy attitude. The phone then went on hold and a man got on the phone as he said he was better fit to handle the conversation. "basically degrading the young lady professionalism" I then told that man that I wanted to pay for the 3rd pizza and I needed to pay. Again not listening he then said, " you know what I don't have time for this, i will send my driver back out there with your money and you can take your business else where. As the customer in any situation we are right and should be treated with much respect as we spend our hard earn money with your establishment. I have worked in restaurants and customer service organizations and i understand how this works. To prove that i was unsatisfied with the pizza I was willing to give it back. Work downtown and live downtown so either way i order with establishment on a regular basis and for them to treat me in such manner as if my word and my opinion didnt matter. I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.
When the driver came back to give my money back he kicked my door. They wanted the pizza back to through the pizza in the trash when there are so many HUNGRY AMERICANS IN THIS WORLD. When I got home with my food and started eating the pizza and bread bites. I realized both items were not cooked all the way through. Even though from the outside both items looked done. I called the store and a guy answered. I explained my food was still a little raw and he got the “manager” for me.
I reexplained the raw food and even said it wasn’t a big deal. I’d already put it in the oven to continue cooking but since the food looked more than fully cooked from the outside maybe they should know something was wrong with their oven. The “manager” stated “We had a leak in our roof that somehow leaked into the oven and I am pretty sure a fuse is out. We can credit you for a large 3 topping pizza for next time you come”. I agreed and we hung up.
I sat down to eat the pasta I ordered while the pizza cooked and there were huge raw fatty pieces of cold bacon in my pasta. I called the store back and the “manager” answered. I told her I didn’t want a free pizza in the future I just wanted a refund as ALL of my items were uncooked in someway. She put me on hold and another woman answered. She claimed that the last girl was a new trainee and lied about the oven because I frustrated her and she didn’t know what else to say. I called BS and we did get a little heated. I just wanted a refund. I didn’t want a free 3 topping undercooked pizza the next time I order from them. There wont be a next time. I didn’t eat any of the food and I appreciate the girl that was honest about the safety issue of a roof and rain water leaking into the machine that cooks the food.

Read moreIf I could rate this place a negative zero I would!!! Please do not eat from here! I found a bug in my sandwich. I called to let the manager Marqet know and he got very rude with me and said that he would not refund my money and that if they brought another sub it could not have any parts of it missing. The sub was already bitten into. I am very upset about the way he handled the situation and made me feel like my money being spent there did not matter!!! I did not receive an apology of any sort and feel as though I was discriminated against. I will never eat from there again and will be calling Corporate in the morning!! Please take my advice and DO NOT EAT HERE EVER!!!! I would also like to add that I waited on the phone for over 40 mins. while waiting for him to finally come to the phone after the girl that kept answering the phone would put me on hold repeatedly without apologizing for the wait or anything and just never came back to pick up the phone until my 6th call!!!!
