I come to this Wendy’s once a week on my Fridays. For the past several months, they skimp out on the cheese. They’re supposed to put 2 slices of cheese on double burgers but every single time I go, they only put 1 slice. I know I sound dumb for complaining about cheese but it really makes a difference. It’s really dry with 1 slice and doesn’t taste the same. Customers should get what they pay for. The bigger issue is I called the manager and she lied over the phone. She should be an actress. I told her what was going on and she was like “omg, I need to talk to my cooks. They must be doing something wrong. I’m so sorry!” She offered me a free meal and put on such a great act. It’s no coincidence that this has been going on for months. There’s no way it’s the same cook every time I go. They’re purposely skimping out To save ingredients & money. After talking to her over the phone, I went a few days later. And again they only put 1 slice. I thought she talked to her cooks? They’re constantly trying to get away with it. I called again and this time it was a male manager, He also denied it but then got quiet and didn’t know what to say when I said it has happened over 10 times. Read more820pm I ordered a kids meal and redeemed my points through the Wendy's app. The cashier scanned the app and then said $1.08. I asked what I'm being charged for and she couldn't explain it to me. I then asked for the manager. Well that's when things became iff. The manager tried to advise me that 1. The actual store has no control over the app and vs vera. 2. The system took off the kids meal and left a balance of $1.08. I advised her that I was NOT paying anything since I am redeeming points and it clearly shows the same exact items in the picture on the app. She then proceeded to try to explain to me that the app is different from the store and I need to contact the "website" with this issue. She offered to pay the $1.08 "out of her own pocket" then when I said" ok good because I'm the customer and I shouldn't be charged since I ordered exactly what's on the app. She then voided my order and told the cashier that if I ordered anything else then I will have to pay for it. To that I said do you think I don't have $1.08 I do but that's not the point. I then said I'm not going back and forth. I will just report this to upper management and I drove off. Read moreThe customer service that's provided at this location during the daytime hours has always been great what is the evening hours that mad but need to take a serious look at first the management there's a young female that's a manager there and she seems to allow all the employees to run a muck the man July employees to give away food to people who are not hardly buying anything yet you going into the store spending 15 20 and $25 on food and they treat you like a piece of dirt I sent a complaint about the experience I had at the store location this was about a week ago and I have yet to hear from anyone in management of the store or the corporate office and it just goes to show that your money doesn't matter at these locations and how they allow people to treat you there is beyond ridiculous young managers that have no professionalism respect or customer service skills you have staff that horse plays most of the time during the evening hours and you have some guys that when certain females coming to that location they worry more about macking on the females then doing their job to me this is a 100% joke of the people that they allowed to represent...
