Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Dyersburg

I come to Jimmy John's a lot. I don't mind when my unwich turns out to be a sandwich. I don't mind when my ranch is forgotten. I do, however, mind ordering the new chicken sandwich, and there not being any chicken on it. I didn't realize until I had gotten my lunch break at work (night shift) and after a couple bites, noticed there was no chicken on my sandwich. Double check your order before you leave it might not be the way you want it and it's a good ideal to say easy on the mayonnaise or 1 pass they tend to get happy with the mayonnaise. I ordered mine on wheat bread and toasted got home and it was white bread and cold with extra mayonnaise. I like to get what I paid for the way I want it. They have a drive thru window. When your walking up the appearance of Jimmy John's look clean ..soon as you open the door your greeted with super loud blasting music...it was hard to hear the guy when asking about the sandwiches..we asked if the music could be turned down but the guy said that his boss was hard hearing so he wasn't allowed to...the guy was very polite...No greetings when you come in or Thank Yous when you leave...I give a half star...its making me hit 1 star to...
