I feel so bad even doing this because the guy I had spoke to at the main office was so wonderful. I had a major problem with the way I was treated by the staff and their inability to make what I ordered. If it wasn't the only McDonald's here in Eagan I would go to a different one. I love the McDonald's French Vanilla Iced coffee. Well, normally I do. I prefer it to Caribou and Starbucks even. However , the staff at this store and even some of the managers are extremely rude to me everytime I come in now. I don't understand why either. I'm never rude and I never snap at them and yell even when I get frustrated with them. I don't understand how hard it is to make what I order. I order the same thing every time and they still can't get it right. I order a French vanilla Iced Coffee with a few extra shots of French vanilla syrup. It's NEVER right anymore. The day staff during the week are fantastic and it's always perfect. The evening staff and the weekend staff are absolutely awful. I came through the drive thru late Sunday afternoon and my iced coffee was so full of coffee grounds that I couldn't drink it. I will attach the picture to this review if it let's me. Tonight they hand me a iced coffee that has to have been sitting here for who knows how long but it was completely watered down. All the ice was gone. Completely melted. I tell them what's wrong and I can hear the girl walking around telling everyone how I said it's watered down. So then they get the manager who then tries to give me the same drink back and he says this is coffee that you ordered. I tell him what's wrong and he says so what?? I ask if they can please make me a new one. I have been sitting in my car for over 15 minutes waiting for an iced coffee now. Maybe even closer to 20 minutes Idk but then I finally get it amd it doesn't have any of the extra shots of syrup I paid for. So now I'm stuck with an iced coffee that I won't even drink because I dislike it. Every single day it's wrong. It's so frustrating. Idk why it's so hard for them to just make me what I order. When the General Manager is here it's wonderful and the staff are amazing! When he isn't I get treated like there is something wrong with me and like I'm doing something wrong for asking for what I order. I clearly need to just make the drive to the next closest McDonald's where I don't get treated this way and where they make me what I ask for. I highly recommend that they find some new managers for the location here. Truth be told your crew is only as good as the leadership. Read moreNEVER EVER AGAIN. I thought undergoing changes would make them better. NOPE. Gave my brother my app code and so he went to get both our mobile orders. They gave him a BIG bag for (what we thought) was our 2, ONLY two, $5 meals. They forgot his cookies with the online order so he proceeded to wait for ANOTHER big bag for just cookies. He explained the guy worker gave him a dirty look and shut the door so he assumed the order was complete and both bags contained both meals. He drove home only to find out that my whole order was not in the bag. Okay mistakes suck but whatever, I called and explained my story to the lady, she said if I came back I could get a REFUND. I drove the 15 mins back because sometimes you just really want McDonalds. Showed them the mobile app order, the email receipt and notification on my phone. NO REFUND, NO FOOD. Said I can't give my app code to another person (EVEN THOUGH I'VE DONE THAT SOOOO MANY TIMES please train your works better if so), They can't find the receipt in the system because my food was "picked up" and they can't handle refunds with the mobile app. I CALLED??? The girl on the phone sounded at least understanding but no other worker would come over and assist the situation. So you miss my whole order by not handing it out or giving it to another person--How does this mistake not mess up every other order behind to the point where you're like "someone didn't get there food" and the mistake gets shoved under the table. Mistakes happen but the fact they wouldn't give me a refund or make me whole by preparing my food all over $8 is sad. Read moreOk place. I do get cravings and this is where I go. However, I'm not sure the workers there can handle the busy rush they get at the time I was there. Yes they were busy and yes I understand getting payments and meals out to customers in a timely fashion is great for fast food places. BUT, they gave me the wrong order...again. The young man taking my payment repeated the order back and it was right...I was charged right...but I have 2 chicken sandwiches...not 1 chicken and 1 burger...I don't have honey mustard they charged me for and the guy who gave me my food didn't check my order to make sure it was right. I just got home to see he had given the wrong order. I checked my bag, but because it was dark, all I saw were 2 sandwiches and a large fry...which is what I got...just the wrong sandwich. So I got someone else's order. I apologize to the person whose order i got. This is the second time this happened...the first time, the young lady caught it after my husband and I took a couple fries because apparently the order behind us had almost the same exact thing we ordered. This time, the guy didn't check. I suggest that the process be a little more thorough even if it takes a couple extra minutes...its worth waiting for a bit longer to get the right order than pissing off your customer base for...
