I went to the Wendy's near me on Nichols Road in Eagan,MN last night. The fries and chocolate milk was great the nuggets and chicken sandwich were so stale I tried them. But they were old cold and hard and the nuggets were spicy, when I had asked for the regular unsliced nuggets. The two people working the store spoke little if no English. I then went to work till 3am the next day. Later today I went back to the store with my receipt, which the manager kept and asked for a fresh replacement meal or my money back. The manager told me "all I'm going to replace is the 2 nuggets you didn't eat and no sandwich. I'm giving you no refund either.." Such bad product and service followed the next day, which is Today with horrible customer service from the day manager. She kept my receipt and wouldn't give my money back. I have never had such bad food, followed by bad Day Manager "customer service" in my whole life. I won't even think of going to Wendy's anywhere again if this horrible ordeal is not dealt with. I want a complete replacement meal and/or my money back. I work hard and spent time money and gas to go back today and talk to the "manager" who was both rude and inconsiderate. I wish to be compensated and/or given a complete replacement meal for the extra effort I went through with this. My friend had been on management at McDonald's in Bloomington, Minnesota for 5 years and would not have ever allowed this kind of treatment of a customer whether the employee spoke English or not. Read moreOrdered Breakfast on a Saturday morning. Breakfast has only been on the menu about 2 weeks. We were second in line. The guys in front of us ordered "Biscuits and Sausage Gravy", which is exactly how it appears on the menu. It even has a picture to let you know what it looks like. The kid on the register has no idea what he's doing and through some lengthy deliberation, figures it out, and the guys get their food as ordered.
Our turn. At this point, there's 3 groups behind us.
We place our order and then as the last thing I tell the cashier, I want the same "Biscuits and Sausage Gravy" that the first guys got and I point to the menu.
We get our food and it's completely wrong. We get a sausage biscuit sandwich. I say, "no....I want the biscuits and sausage gravy."
Then I get a sausage biscuit with gravy added. Wrong again.
The manager gets involved and she clearly doesn't know what I'm ordering. I point to the menu above them and I say, I watch "That. The biscuits and sausage gravy...you know....the one pictured there. I want that and I want it to look like that "
Finally, I get my food, but it took almost 10 minutes to get it and the whole process held up the line.
Long story short, there's better Wendy's to go to. Save yourself some time and visit a different one. I...
Read moreI'm not a reviewer at all, but once in a while I feel compelled to give credit where credit is due. I only get here late at night and I can't say enough good things about the staff. I am so impressed every time I go here with the gentleman who takes the orders. I know that at times things can be frustrating and I'm not exactly coming during "regular" hours for dinner but these people are so great. Such great attitudes. It is really unexpected and I wanted to make it known that this staff is the best I have ever encountered. The food is always fresh and really good. I much prefer to wait any period of time to get the quality they present than to have super fast lower quality food. I'd be content waiting 20 minutes for good quality and that's the truth. I know that they are very sharp here and they take pride in what they do which is really rare. It ussualy takes about 5 minutes and like I said I would be happy to wait much longer for the quality.
