I had the pleasure of stopping in here tonight and your employee Samantha was such a gem! I had been waiting for my food for 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes according to YOUR order screen in the store. A few minutes prior she had called back she needed more fries as she bagged up the remaining items of my oder. Only 1 fry was not ready. , when she came up the other girl with long black hair (also not properly tied back every 6 inches per food permit standards) dropped more fries in the oil. I asked if I needed to wait for the fries to finish cooking; she stated unfortunately yes. At this point Im baffled, I told her well then unfortunately you can give me a refund because the rest of my food had been sitting in the window 10 minutes and I didn't want part of my food hot while most of it was cold. At this point Samantha became absolutely rude and condescending 'Oh im sorry were busy" - While I waited in this 10 minutes I seen her make 2 shakes - the other order (after mine was still sitting on the screen in yellow). I told her there is 3 of you there is no reason for this. She kept going, I have in all the time I have lived out here and gone to this location endured such a condescending attitude over wanting ALL of my food hot.
I ordered 2 kids meal one a cheeseburger with fries and a soda cone in a cup, the other was a 2 piece chicken strip with fries, milk, and a cone in a cup. I didn't have a large order or anything unreasonably large.
If I had went through the drive through I wouldnt have waited ten minutes and got half cold food so this shouldn't be the expectation in store either! The worst part was Samanthas attitude, there was no reason or excuse for such a nasty attitude...

Called the store after to see if I could get my money back even though i used cash and a starving student bogo card and they told us to come on in (we called the same number again to CONFIRM we had called the correct store) all for the manager to tell us, no, we were wrong, and had never called. Took forever for her to finally help us out, and offered to remake, and when I told her I just wanted my 6 dollars back she complained over the headset while she worked to get my cash out of the till. And they didn’t even worry about the quality of the ice cream, since they asked us to step aside so they could take another ice cream order RIGHT AFTER i told them their ice cream tasted rotten. Love whoever answered the phone, but the manager was sooo rude and it took me ten minutes to get back 6 dollars and lose a bogo. They acted like they were being so put out over 6 dollars, when it wasn’t them who took the money out of their budget to take their sisters out...
Read moreI'm disheartened to write this review as such, but every time we come here, our order has been incorrect. We've been here a dozen times or more since it's been open and maybe twice our order has been correct. Short of opening up every single item when received, it sucks to get home and find either items missing or completely incorrect items in the bag. Today, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and only received a regular and my daughter's kids meal was completely missing the applesauce. I get this happening every now and then, sure, but it's been non stop lately. I will say though, the staff is always so so kind and I've never had a complaint personally about them. But it does seem like attention to detail is not a strong suit here when it comes to putting things together.
