There are hardly any parking stalls to park in. Their front door is geared more towards pedestrians than people driving there. I went through the drive through ordered food to get a free crispy chicken. When I pulled up to the window I got my cash ready and handed it to the red shirt manager at the window who quickly shut the window I quickly waved at the window showing I had the app. But it was too late. They had charged me. But instead of fixing it they tried to bribe me with a drink or fryâs. I told the red shirt no thank you 3 times. I wanted what I came for it not rich enough to just spend money Willy nilly. Then some random employee came to the window to back up the manager and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not showing the app first. Which admittedly makes sense. So I asked for a refund. And I got one. Honestly I think I would have felt better about all this if they had just fixed the problem by refunding me and re-ringing up my order. They could have easily done this without my knowledge and I would have gotten what I came for and they would have come out with no losses. Now they have my order and itâs probably wasted food. If you read this till the end just know you have got to show your app first if you want to use coupons. Donât let them take your cash or card withhold it till the very end. Otherwise youâll be to blame for a crappy experience as much as I was. And Wendyâs I hope not all of your managers need employees to help them when something goes wrong.    Read moreI had ordered through the drive through earlier this morning and had ordered a Jr Cheeseburger with fries and a large lemonade. I got my food and (I shouldâve checked everything in the bag before leaving so I take some fault for that) when I got back to my school I noticed I didnât receive my burger. I didnât have the time to come back and ask about it or else I wouldâve been late to my next class. After school and my after school activities I came here to ask if I could possible get a refund, and I wasnât given a receipt either but I had proof of transaction on my phone. I came in and was kindly greeted and told that they would get a manager for me.(I have nothing against the employees! Theyâre great!!) The manager came over and blankly told me he couldnât give a refund because I never called. I never knew I was supposed to call? The manager kinda rude to me and said heâd just make me another burger. This was several hours later so I wasnât hungry. As the lady employee handed me my drinks they fell over all into my car and instead of offering me napkins she just walked away. She said sorry and said she give me drinks again. And walked away another lady came to the window I asked again if I could please have some napkins cause a large coke is all over my car. No response. Than she comes back with a couple napkins. I said I need more. No response walks away. Comes back with a small handful. Lady with the drinks tries to hand me the cup holder again and I said no Iâll just take one at a time. Worst experience.
