McDonald's — Restaurant in Eagle Pass

This is by far one of the worst Mc Donalds I have ever gone to!! First of all, let me point out...if someone begins to take my order in English and I'm responding in English, why do your employees then take it upon themselves to switch up to speaking in Spanish where I can not understand whats being said. She tated of by not paying attention to my orders. I had 5 orders and I wanted to pay for all of them separately using my credit card. Somehow after repeating it to her several times she still didnt do it and rung them all up as one order and ended up forgetting some of my items. Again she spoke to me in Spanish🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. I finally snapped. As annoyed as I was ,because mind you I was on a time frame, I corrected and reminded that person for the third and final time that I did not speak spanish. (BTW im blonde with blue eyes so she can't say I look like I spoke spanish and just because we are close to the border doesn't mean we are in Mexico. Everyone still uses English as their first language here.Then they had me waiting for my order which took as long as 10 minutes only to be missing a drink and then I had to argue with that person who again spoke to me in Spanish as if she thought i learned Spanish in 10 minutes that I was waiting for her to bring me my drink.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️and still she argued I was incorrect when I had a receipt and the items were in front of her so I had to go inside and repurchase a second drink making me late to take back lunch to a construction crew making them miss their lunch. Too many kids working. Line can take forever and employees lie. Due to equipment failures the frappe has not been served in sometime. I said to employee , I'll just go to one of the other 2 McDonald sites to which she replied, they don't have then either! She didn't know that's where I had been getting them yet she blatantly lied, to my face, like I was stupid. I get em at McDds on Main and have been since that particular employee said none of the 3 McDonald's in this town had them. How embarrassing for whoever runs McDs in Las Minas...maybe a background check would help or even a lie detector asking if they would lie to customers to get out of doing the job. Really sad, disappointed and makes the rest of the employees look bad to. Lines are longer than the other 2 at all times. Wth, I'm just a...

Food is still good, kids love it. When it comes to something easy and fast, McDonald's is the place and choice for the kids. The only reason why I'm giving 4 star is because dining in is still close. The old building got demolished and this new one was erected but unfortunately when it opened Covid was at its maximum. It was understandable then but yet after so many months, it remains closed. Kids want to go and enjoy the new area. We'll just wait and see what...
