Hello! Today is May 4, 2018 and I am sending you this because I visited a Dodge’s convenient store this evening to get gas. I paid at the pump with my card and proceeded with my pumping. I noticed some gas had started pouring from what I THOUGHT was the nozzle. I thought maybe I didn’t click the trigger and it was leaking. I doubled checked it. It was pumping but then I saw gas spewing from the middle of the pipe. It was spewing from two massive slits in the pipe. The gas never got in my car, no, the gas covered the front half of me (pants, shoes, shirt and hands), the side of my car and the ground around me. I clicked the little flap on the pump where the nozzle goes in, to stop the gas flow. I immediately walked inside and told them what happend. A lady who worked there said that they have had issues with people coming and cutting and slitting their pipes. She asked me if I needed Dawn soap to wash my hands. As she walked out to my car with me, she pointed out a few other pipes they have had to replace. She told me to try another pump and that she would put a bag over the one I was at to show it was out of order. I then drove around to another pump. The new pump I drove to wouldn’t work and wouldn’t read my card. I was so frustrated I left. I was mad. I was covered in gasoline. The inside of my car smells like gasoline. Now, let me clarify with you that I do understand that it is NOT the Dodges store’s fault that the pipes were cut. Yes I get it. But as a concerned customer, do they not have security cameras? If they KNEW that the pipes were being cut, why don’t they have people checking then throughout the day, or after each shift?? Why don’t they have a grip on this? What if the gas got in my eyes or my mouth?? What if I was standing right beside my car when the gas spewed and it ruined my watch and jewelry?? Yeah I get it, that didn’t happen. But what if it did. What if it does to someone else?! What if it ruins someone’s clothes or something?! They really should have security cameras or something like that in place to where they can tell who is slitting the pipes. No I’m not happy about the situation. I understand that it’s not the Dodge Store’s fault that the pipes were cut!!! But next time, it may not go mildly as I handled it. It may ruin someone’s clothes, car, watch, shoes or worse, get on their skin and cause an allergic reaction!!!! I am thinking corporate should do something to help this situation or possibly prevent it from happening again.

Read more[ ] My sister and I stop at Dodges to buy money orders. My sisters pulls to the door to let me out, to keep dry from the rain. A woman driving a small sedan pulls in the parking lot blowing her horn repeatedly for us to move. She is impatient and doesn’t have the right to ask us to move, but wait for the traffic to clear. She had plenty of room to pass us and go to another space, but chose to annoy us. Her passenger (Boyfriend of Husband) jumps out of the car in rage, slams his car door and starts walking toward us is yelling obscenities. We opened the door to ask what the problem was and he suggested that we were trying to run over him. We were confused at his behavior and level of rage. The store manager walks out and immediately approached our car. I was thankful someone saw, but the manager told us he has our tag number and the cops were on the way because “WE” were the aggressors. I was in shock and disbelief. The manager was racial profiling and had a hidden agenda. He wanted to prevent the Boyfriend or Husband from getting into trouble by pretending to be an eyewitness of the matter. We never exited our car!!!!! This man walked towards us in a hostile and threatening manner, screaming obscenities!!!! He literally sits in our face with a derogatory statement and being dishonest. Read morewent in the easley sc location around 10:15 was asking about the monday special and the older lady at the register very rudely said it didn't start until 10:30. Her attitude set the tone for me so i was just going to order 4 pizza sticks instead a long with a few other things. i stated it was odd that daily specials had a certain time to start since all food was out to be served. This lady had the audacity to smart off to me stating 10:30 was lunch time for dodges. The way she said it was very hateful which then promoted me to say nevermind i didn't want any of the stuff. I went to walk out and she yells have a good day over and over which PISSED me off with her still using the same hateful tone of voice in which then i did end up saying something back to her because why are you still speaking to me when im leaving. As i open my car door to get in she comes to the door AGAIN opens it and yells across the parking lot for me not to come back. I give it a few mins then call to speak to manager where it sounds like the same hateful old lady that screams into the phone and acts like she can't hear me then hangs up on me. They don't have to worry because I will INDEED not be back and she better be glad i have self control the way she spoke to me!! Her name is TAMMY.
It seems to me that with everyone I have spoken to about this lady who knew exactly who I was speaking of and said she was hateful and they couldn't stand dealing with her when they went in a less generic response would...
