Been wanting to try this and the other businesses located within the silo's for a while. Inky's did not disappoint. The service was friendly, courteous and our waitress even shared the inspiring history of the restaurant's origin. The food was prepared very well with generous proportions. We now have a new fav... and will definitely be coming back!

Have added Inkys to one of the top picks for our family night out. Our waitress "Mary" was awesome. The food was just as good as it was the first time. You guys continue to provide delicious food and great service.

Thank you...

Visited Inkys recently and wanted to try something different. Our waitress, Miss America (really , that is her name) suggested that we try the special which was pastrami with Swiss cheese on marbel rye, and it didn't disappoint. If you are in the area, pull in and give this one a shot. One of the best "sammiches" that I've had in a vert long time. In the photo's, it's the one with one half almost eaten. Was so excited, I nearly forgot to snap the pic. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did.

This was my daughters pick for her 20th birthday dinner. As with the other visits, the food was great and waitress (Emily) did an awesome job taking care of us. She did such a good job, she deserves a raise so she can get some singing lessons. Lol! Tried several times to get her to sing Happy Birthday, but it just wasn't happening. Thank you guys for another pleasant dinning experience while providing that down home...

I deleted my original review because the grammar was terrible and I felt i came across harsh my score hasn't changed but I'll be nicer in how I say it. On May 11th 2024 I went with my visiting family to grab lunch before we went on a hike. We came in with a baked potato from the Loaded Potato place right connect to the the Silo Complex mainly because my niece who is around a year and half was with us. But no one said anything we didn't see a sign considering that the Silo is a Food Complex and Inky's is connected to it didn't think any thing of it if they had told us at the door or had we wouldn't have brought it in. Well we sit at a table ordered our food waiting for it to arrive all the while feeding it to my niece my sister in law ate part of it but to this point no one has said a word about. Finally our food comes out the waiter gives it to us walks away and before me and my brother can take a bit someone from back came to our table and while it may how they intended to come across we felt that we were being asked to leave. Embarrassing me as I recommended the place I had gotten a To Go order one time before and though the food was Good and I wanted them to have the best time they could while they were down here. My brother and his wife said they saw other folks with stuff in there and while I cannot personally verify that I believe them. Leading me to the my conclusion that I will not eat there again nor recommend you...

We saw this place on TikTok - the reviewer raved about how good it was so we were excited to eat here. We left disappointed. First let me say that the atmosphere is awesome. The restaurant is located in a place called The Silos - there are several food trucks, a brewery, and live music when we were there (May 31). There were lots of people having fun and hanging out - the weather was nice and it was a good vibe. Secondly, they have an outside seating area and it's dog friendly, so that's a big plus for me. I was happy to bring my chihuahua. We had to wait for an outside table which was fine, but it seems like they forgot about us. My boyfriend had to go in and check on our table, and then they sat us after 45 minutes. No one offered a drink while we were waiting. There was a video crew making content while we were there and that seemed slightly more important - their cameras passed by us several times. Finally... The food was eh. It was fine, but there was no seasoning. Everything was incredibly bland - we were disappointed after seeing all the great reviews online. My boyfriend and I agreed after one bite that we wouldn't be back. The waiter we had was super nice and attentive and was nice to my dog. Would I go back? I'd go back to The Silos to explore the other eateries and the brewery. I would not go back to...

Sarah attended to us as we dined. She was superb. We inquired about the history of Inky’s and she provided many details about the restaurant and the amazing management. The food was tasty and hot when we served. I normally drink like a camel but never had to ask for refills. Sarah was very attentive but not pesky. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were deeply engrossed in our conversations. Sarah never interrupted. She did suggest the dessert menu and we ordered to celebrate our anniversary. Inside was impressive with the decor. We will recommend to our friends as a great place to eat if traveling in the area. Keep up the good work! Parking was full but additional parking available across the street. No parking was allowed on the rear paved areas and it was clearly marked by the butts that own the surrounding businesses (their parking lots are completely empty and towing is threatened). They appear closed on the weekends.

I love the enthusiasm of Inky's & what they've done with Silos. I was born in Easley. I lived in California & Florida for several years. I've also had a Philly Cheesesteak in Philly. We used to go to a sandwich shop in Florida called Pascarillo's that had the best cheesesteaks in my Easley born opinion. Easley born people grew up on Pete's cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomatoe, & mayonnaise. Pascarillo's had a "South Cheesesteak". A Cheesesteak with no onions or peppers, but lettuce, tomato, & mayonnaise added. They also had fluffy white buns, like Easley born people like. One other thing that Pascarillo did was melt the cheese over the steak. He said that was Jersey style. He said in Philly the cheese was chopped in with the steak. I wish Inky's made a "South Cheesesteak". They could call it "The Easley"! Like I said, I love what Inky's has done for Easley. I led the fight to save the old Easley High School years ago. I hope Silos is a huge success.
