Located in the Silos, there is plenty of seating and live entertainment (depending on when you go, that is) to make a great evening out. Our first time trying Raya's. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions about the menu items. We started with the fried tofu appetizer. It was good the sauce is what makes this item. Next was my favorite, the Moo Ping or grilled pork with the slightly spicy jaew sauce. I'm not a spicy food person, and this was just right with the flavor/heat area. Next was a special for that night, Pad Thai shrimp. That was good, too, especially the noodles it came with. We also tried the Fried Tofu bowl. Again, the jaew sauce makes this dish. I would get the bowl option again, but I would try it with one of the proteins they offer. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll be back!

I’ve visited Raya’s Hot Kitchen 3 times since Oct 19th. It’s located at the Silos in Easley it’s a very cute area. I was told by my brother that it was a good spot for food. Moving to SC I really haven’t found a place that had measured up to the Thai and Vietnamese places I had in the past. After being introduced to Raya’s Hot Kitchen I’m beyond happy I literally couldn’t ask for anything better. Just make sure you can handle heat because, they can bring the heat. The people that work there are very nice, kind and they actually make you feel like you mean something to them. It’s a good feeling knowing you’re getting good food and amazing service. Trust 10 out of 10 I’ll be seeing them again.

This wasn't my first time at the Silos, but the first time I had Raya's Chicken Pad Thai. AMAZING!!! There was WAY too much for me to eat. Four of my friends got the Shrimp and loved it as well. 100% recommend.

Wish there were more eating choices within the Silos. I've been there a few times. It's set up nice, big screen tv and music and food but not a fan of the pesty bees that are always around. My friend and I couldn't enjoy our food to eat in peace. We at outside. Maybe we could've eaten in the Brewery area which is sort of enclosed but it was still open for the most part so nothing really shuts off nature from coming in. I've been downtown at Gather Greenville a couple times around the same time of day and haven't encountered bees like in Easley but I enjoyed the social event of painting and relaxing after a long work day. My food was ok but wasn't the best. If you love sitting outdoors and don't mind bees, its ok. If you like me then it may be something to take in consideration when warm/hot season and/or...

Discovering Raya’s Hot Kitchen was a delightful surprise! Nestled in Silos Brewery in Easley, this charming food stall serves up a tantalizing blend of Vietnamese and Thai flavors that truly impressed. I tried their rice bowls and vermicelli bowls. Each bite was bursting with vibrant herbs, crunchy vegetables, and just the right amount of spice. All the sauces available are awesome! The owners clearly put heart into every dish, evident from the quality ingredients and friendly service. Whether you're a fusion foodie enthusiast or simply craving something new, Raya’s Hot Kitchen is a must-try for its inventive menu and authentic flavors that transport your taste buds straight to...
