Taco Bell — Restaurant in Easley

If I could give negative stars I would. I am consistently disappointed in this Taco Bell. The last 4 orders I’ve had has been incorrect. The first order, a Crunchwrap supreme, was missing the tostada shell! How do you forget the crunch in the crunch wrap. The second time I went here I ordered 2 burritos and another Crunchwrap hoping to actually have a good one, and the crunch wrap was missing from my order! The third time, I was with family and while it was a larger order, I understand mistakes will happen, we were missing two tacos. And the fourth and FINAL time I will ever come here I, again, ordered two Crunchwraps and two burritos, hoping if I ordered two they wouldn’t forget it, AND I RECEIVED THREE TACOS!!!! I went back to get my CORRECT order and when I received it one of the crunchwraps was only half full, one had what looks like metal shavings (it shined in the sun and didn’t disintegrate like ash would) on the tortillas and a freaking hair in the lettuce. HOW DOES THIS CONTINUALLY HAPPEN! I work in food service myself so I understand mistakes but this is insane. Your food cost must be shot. Every time I call no one EVER answers the phone. I’m a regular at this location, I go at least once a week if not more & have never had a bad experience. Today me and my bestfriend went I had an online order BEING PLACED and she ordered at the speaker. The lady told us since I was placing the order still we would have to go back around. & that was no problem. We got to the window and she aggressively told the sweet older woman working the window that we needed to go back around. Which we have already been told & was still no problem. She had a nasty attitude the entire time we were at the window. We asked for sauce the second time coming to the window because we weren’t asked the first time since she was being so rude to us and the older woman and was trying to yell from the back that we had to pay for the sauce WHICH WE HAD NO PROBLEM DOING we knew it was extra. I got my food. She was also in the back preparing my food btw. And she food tampered and added a crap ton of the new sauce (WHICH IS SPICY) onto my food. I mean it was dripping out of my food which is absolutely ridiculous and ILLEGAL. My potato bowl was very old. Overall this was the worst experience of my life and I’ve gone here for YEARS. The restaurant was mostly clean, a couple napkins on the floor but that was understandable as there were a few children eating there. The kitchen floor, however, was trashed. Not a deal breaker for me, as I understand that sometimes you're too busy to sweep up. The staff took my order quickly and accurately, in addition they provided a positive experience. The order-taker (who I believe is called "Destiny") engaged with both the children and me simultaneously without losing track of either conversation. She remained interested and kept up her side of the conversation even after a long day of work. The food took a little while to arrive, but that was expected as they seemed a bit busy. I have eaten at the taco Bell before and each time the front line staff provides a positive experience for me. The last time I ate here, they ran out of their promotional item, and the managers did all in their power to correct the issue. The food is typically above the average taco Bell quality, thought it is dependent on what time you arrive, later in the night or when things are busy the quality tends to decrease (as is expected).
