I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent incident that took place at your Starbucks store located at this place. My friend visited the store with the intention of placing an order, but the service he received was far from acceptable.
Upon entering the store, my friend was completely ignored by the staff. It was not only the lack of attention that was concerning but also the behavior of one of your baristas. To his shock, a woman barista raised her voice and yelled at him, creating an extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.
To make matters worse, another staff member threatened to call the police, which is entirely unacceptable given the situation. This incident left my friend feeling humiliated and mistreated, which is not the experience we expect when visiting Starbucks.
We believe that Starbucks is known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and this incident was a stark departure from that standard. We hope that you take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to address the behavior of your employees at this location.
We urge you to investigate this incident, retrain your staff on proper customer service etiquette, and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other customer has to endure such a negative experience at your store. Read moreSlow and rude staff. This place is the opposite of understaffed . They should hire quality people over quantity of people. I had a mobile order drink and cake pop. I arrived 5 minutes after my max estimated time. When I got there my frozen drink was ready (but not on the stand) and there was a larger girl with black and blond hair checking my drink. She walked over to the corner and just stood there. About 3 minutes later she came back and touched my drink again and that is when I just asked for it and my PRE-MADE cake pop. She just handed it to me and walked to the to the back of the store and stood there looking annoyed. Then after a minute or so grabbed my cake pop out of the bin and tossed it on the counter. There were 4 OTHER employees working at that time, 1 other person waiting on a drink and 1 person ordering at the drive thru. One of the staff members even looked at her phone a couple times...
Read moreWent there today at 8:20 pm to order and they had the drive through closed so I went inside. I ordered and when it was time for payment I tried to give the barista cash but she refused my payment and demanded I pay with card or apple pay or get no drink. There’s a reason I brought cash and I shouldn’t be forced to pay in a certain method. If they close early they should put that on google. I drove there in the snowy roads while it’s raining only to be given attitude and laughed at and get no drink. It’s bad enough you’re denying me service, youre also going to mock and laugh at the customer for being rightfully upset? Mind you I wasn’t at any point disrespectful to her until she did that on my way out of the store, all I said before that if they close early they should put that on google.
