Not trying to be rude, but the customer service and drink quality at this location really miss the mark. Thereās one employee who makes a chai latte every time I order a matcha, and then argues with me about itāeven after I started recording myself ordering to avoid confusion. Iām not being mean when I correct her, but itās frustrating.
Another time, I asked if they still had lavender cold foam, and the barista said, āUnfortunately yes,ā rolled her eyes, and told me it would just sink to the bottom like it always does. I donāt know if thatās a complaint they get often or if she just didnāt want to make it, but it was a weird responseāespecially when Iām about to drop $7 on a drink.
