Arby's — Restaurant in East Lampeter Township

My boyfriend loves Arby's I like their French dip. With that being said we pass it on our way home all the time n we'll stop 2 or 3 times a month but it seems like the last almost yr service is horrible they are not friendly at all n our order 8 times out of 10 is missing something! I have gotten the French dip several times n out of the last 6 times it got it they have forgotten the Au Jus VERY VERY AGGRAVATING!!! I was not with my boyfriend most of those times because I have learned you must look at your order when you get it guaranteed if it's after 7pm it's either missing something or the food is horrible! I called as soon as he got home that was at 7:34 the phone just rang n rang they would not answer. The staff there are the worst group of employees we have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant! If you don't like your job then quit and get another one the customer service is horrible! At this point it's worth driving the whole way to the one on Columbia Ave their customer service there is wonderful I never ever had an issue with that one and I lived very close to it several yrs ago I have been going to that one for at least 15-20 yrs! I wish Lincoln highway store was as good as Columbia Ave! Not sure we'll go back to Lincoln...

This is not even worth 1 star. My boyfriend and I were here close to 3 pm. There were three staff members standing behind the counter complaining about how they hated their manager and how they wanted to walk out. The food was cold and not fresh. I ate my food because I am pregnant and really needed to eat. After finishing I am feeling nauseous. Every table was filthy. The soda machine drip tray had pink and white stuff coming from the drain hole and there was a soda spilled all over the metal part of the counter and all they did was put up A wet floor sign without cleaning up the problem. When one person finally decided to come out and wipe the tables down she used a dirty cloth really dirty cloth and just wiped the stuff from the table to the bench seats. The floor is extremely filthy. If I was part of the Board of Health I would see and document a lot of violations until everything was re-cleaned and food was properly cooked. I think not only do the employees need to be reprimanded but the store manager as well. Bad management reflects on associates and horrible service. My boyfriend and I will not come back here and will advise other people as well not to come...

Ok we went here today to get lunch...waited quite a while in line but I'm sure it was due to lack of workers as they ARE hiring like every other place. Anyway while we were in line a vehicle passed us and wedged in line in front of us...when we got closer to the pick-up window it looked like the person who had passed us may have placed an online order that didn't go through correctly. The person working at the window mistakenly gave our food to them...they looked and saw it wasn't what they had ordered so they handed the bag back to the employee...after some time went by with the employee checking out the customers phone I guess they got the order straightened out...the girl in the window had them pull up further to wait for their order. We got to the window and the girl working asked if we got such and such...we said yes...and I added that I hoped my fries were still hot...this employee then added to our order a large freshly fried order of fries to our bag free of charge. I thank that employee...job well done and much...
