Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in East Lampeter Township

My dad ordered a garlic pretzel at 5:45 pm is on 12/27/22. The person behind the counter was kinda rude when he first ordered and forgot what he ordered. When they asked again what he ordered he reminded them and when we came out to eat it, it was sour cream not garlic. So my dad went back in and complained that it was sour cream and not garlic. The person argued with him that it was garlic , but everyone in the car had tried it and it was in fact sour cream. Instead of correcting the mistake in a positive way they decided to dump a ton of garlic on the pretzel out of spite (to the point where it was barely edible.
