BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in East Lansing

Crunchys is next door, and they don't have any parking. If people park in the bigby lot and go in to Crunchys, they tow their car. I was eating and the waitress told me Bigby called and they are going to tow my car. Being understanding, I walked out, went next door and bought a coffee. There were 2 employees walking around, writing down license plates and asking the customers if they had cars parked. I told them I was next door eating, but now I am a customer, so please don't tow my car. They told me it didn't matter. They even told me that if I sat in the parking lot and drank my coffee I would be ticketed and towed. The parking spots were only for people sitting in the store using their internet. They have a big lot that wasn't even close to being full, and this was at lunchtime. Instead of working and trying to do a good job, they wanted to waste time ruining people's days. They did not value me as a customer, and I will never buy coffee there again. On top of that they were rude about it. Talking to me real slow and treating me...

EVERYONE needs to go to THIS biggby. I don’t care where you live, this one is everything. I’ve been going to this Biggby for months and let me tell you guys something, everyone who works there is so incredibly nice. There’s this one woman, Jana, who is the sweetest ever. She always remembers my order when I walk in and we always have a conversation about the most random things. She literally makes my day every time I go in there. If you told me that she made your drink wrong I would think there is something wrong with you. She is so on it and always remembers everything.

Atmosphere is so good, service is so good, that turkey havarti bragel always hits, AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THAT STRAWBERRY PUFF LATTE. The best thing created on god’s green earth. Let me put you on: espresso. milk. strawberry. mellow. If you think strawberry and coffee don’t go together, simply you’re wrong. I’m literally sent to another planet when I take a sip of this. Yah that’s right, I’m posting this from Mars.

Okay, sooo we go here too often not to leave a review. My wife and I enjoy coffee quick a bit and she really likes the specialty drinks where as I enjoy the deep feeling of a good black coffee.

If you don’t know they have a loyalty program where when you purchase so many drink you get one free. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS!! free coffee is free coffee!!

On a side not the last time I went in we got a specialty drink for my wife and a black coffee for me. The specialty drink was amazing as always per my wife. My black coffee was not as great. It was burnt but I’m not going to deduct a star for a one time thing. I still drank it. And oddly it was still an experience that I enjoyed

The staff are professional, kind, and courteous. They seem to enjoy their profession. They are always laughing and smiling.

The location is always clean, stocked, and easy to find.
