The cashier wouldn’t let me adjust or change my order BEFORE I had even paid. I had changed my mind about an item and asked that it be removed because I no longer wanted it. The cashier told me “we already started making it we can’t do that.” I said “I haven’t paid yet. I don’t want it. Please, take it off.” He said “no, we can’t do that.” In a spirited debate, he adamantly claimed “The customer is NOT always right.” I reassured him that I would not be paying for an item I do not want.
