Dining halls are consistently not opening for lunch at their scheduled time. I have a tight schedule and am an off campus student. I have to eat around 10:30 or I miss my chance to eat lunch at all. I keep paying these dining halls money just for me to sit and wait 30 minutes, and then leave on an empty stomach because food is not ready. At the very least I should be able to be refunded and the hours of operation should be updated to reflect the late start times for lunch. I have blown $22 this week alone to just sit and wait in a dining hall and leave not...
