Worst service ever, I had order some super nachos and when I got to the window I gave the cashier GABRIELA MORA my debit card , she said since my debit card didn't had a chip that I couldn't pay with that card . However I had gone earlier that same day and paid with that exact debit card with no issue. I had asked to speak to the manager and she said her manager couldn't come because he was bussy cutting stuff . I asked her if I can talk to someone else and she said no because they are bussy. So I asked her for her if she could me the number of the main office. So she gave me a number. I called right away just to make sure it was the main office number but it turn out it was the number of that same store because she was the one that answered because I saw her pick up the phone and hide and answer and act like I wouldn't see her answer the phone . I asked her why she gave me her store number and said nothing. I asked her again for the main office number but she gave me a different Sergios tacos number . So I took advantage to ask the lady that answerd the phone if they didn't take cards that had no chip and her answer was we take any card debit or credit that you can swipe there shouldn't be an issue. So I put her on speaker for GABRIELA the cashier to hear and GABRIELA told me if I wanted her to swipe my card that she will have to take a picture of my California ID and get my main Address with the name of the place of where I work . I told her I was not going to give my personal information for some nachos. I asked her multiple times to let me speak with the manager and she said you can come inside and MAYBE he will...

I am writing a one star review because of the service I received a couple a weeks ago. I walked in to the restaurant with my children and this Mexican chubby lady with blonde or orange hair walked up to the cashier and said are you ready to order and I said no and she walked off with out saying anything and kept eye balling me with bad face gestures. Finally she took are order and then decided to ask us about your vaccination cards which I forgot to bring. She was very loud that everyone turned around and looked at us, I was humiliated and upset why she would be too loud so people can hear. I said I don’t have my vacation cards so she yelled very loud and at this point people have stopped eating and was just looking at us through out the whole conversation with this lady. She leaned forward and scream by waving with her hand “Bye”. I felt so disrespected in front of my kids and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she said no está aquí. My kids really wanted to eat here cause the food is really good but service is bad here they have to clean out there staff and replace them with genuine people who want to work and have great customer service skills. I feel sorry for this restaurant and owner that he’s not paying attention to the people that work for him. The clientele will eventually die out of this lady keeps...

Segios Tacos located near the border of East L.A. Pico Rivera, and Montebello is in the perfect spot for both the residents and those passing through.

Like many of the good Mexican taquerias in L.A. Sergio's began as a taco truck stand and expanded into a chain of restaurants. You can still order from their taco truck parked in their parking lot for the full street taco experience or you can go inside the restaurant itself.

Inside you'll find the usual menu items that range from burritos to quesadillas to sopes to their carne asada fries. And of course, you can have some tacos.

I like their carne asada tacos because you get quality beef. Not all that cheap, fatty meat that you get with cut-rate taco stands. I particularly enjoy their sopes. I love a good sope but so many places disappoint. Most places serve you a sope where the masa is hard as a rock or so soggy that the whole thing falls apart when you try to pick it up. Sergio's is a good balance of firm and chewable.

The red and green salsas both have a good kick to them. They're also tasty though. Nothing worse than a hot salsa with no taste to it.

The prices are very reasonable and I like that they're open late on weekdays and even later...

I used to like this place but I'm so over it! Every single time I go I have to ask the cashier for the sauce and cilantro beacuse they don't want to give you enough, and they are always rude about it. Today again I asked for cilantro and they gave me this much (see picture). I told the lady in the window that it was not enough for my order. I ordered a plate de lengua, 3 burritos and 3 tacos. She said that if I was not satisfied with the amount I had to call the main number and talk to the owner or someone above her. I'm spending over $50 and they can't give me cilantro?!?!?! How cheap are they. I shouldn't have to call the main number to ask for cilantro. I told her this and she closed the window. This place is not worth the headache, go somewhere else!

My wife and I enjoy the food at Sergio's Tacos we have been coming to the restaurant for couple of years. The restaurant have couple locations in East L.A.,Montebello and Commerce. Their burritos are really good especially their chili renello it's really good and great flavors in the burrito. The carne asada is so most popular at the restaurant and my wife favorite. The service was good and the staff were.very friendly.
