T&B Provisions — Restaurant in East Lyme

T&B’s is a new Informal Delicatessen in the Niantic strip mall. It’s very cute & the entire interior is brand spanking new. It’s very clean, has great natural lighting, plenty of indoor & outdoor umbrella patio seating & parking. I had the Roast Beef sub which was fine. The ingredients were all very fresh but they did not put enough horseradish mayonnaise so it was pretty flavorless & dry which was a drag. I expected a baguette & it was served on a sub roll which could’ve been fresher. It was $15- & the Deep River chips was $3.75. The total came to $20- which was pretty pricey but it was a large sub. I wasn’t blown away by the sub. It was good but nothing special. The service was excellent though. The staff were very pleasant, polite, friendly, efficient & engaged. Great local food discovery today after our walk today. This town needs more breakfast options and this place fit the bill! They also serve lunch, and have an extensive to-go section.

Friendly service, delicious, and creative menu, and flexibility make this place a must stop on your foodie list.

This place is amazing!!I ordered a blueberry Brie grilled cheese which was one of the best things I ever tasted/what a great idea! I had a chocolate brownie desert which was so delicious!! I took home stuffed shells that had the best pasta, sauce, amazing cheese and the serving was huge-no more pasta vita-these were the best I ever had -id be getting more today if they were open -do yourself a favor and go there-I can’t wait...
