I have experienced nothing but stubborn headedness and ignorance with this east moline ave of the cities location. The first bad experience came in the form of a free pizza code in my e-mail from sent to me from the domino's app on my phone when I followed all regulations to receive my pizza and placed the order for carry out, I get to the store and call because no one was allowed inside and told them I had a code for the payment of the pie they asked for it and when I gave it the manager said it was too long and that I made the code up....wouldn't even come to the window so I could show it on phone and prove it was a legit code. Then just used app and ordered about 15 min before there closing time it accepted my order and I used 60 P.O.T.P.REWARDS to redeem a free pizza . I immediately get a call from store saying I'm not getting my pizza because they had a long day and to many orders and my order was canceled. I told them that I wasn't happy and he told me (I'm using nicer words? Tuff stuff and this also took my reward points I would have left 0 stars...
Read moreCalled this dominos like I always do... and they said we aren’t in the right area ??? Called Rockisland and they directed me back to East Moline . Tried placing my order and then they said I was only allowed to pay with card because there was a memo saying that I had shorted a drive FOR A $1 . Which has never happened because I always generously tip because I work in the food industry and I know tips come along way especially during these hard times. I asked to speak to the manger, his name is Justin, to hopefully clear up this misunderstanding that we knew didn’t sound right at all (BTW we only had cash) and was I guess trying to be professional but didn’t really care to listen and said “well you either pay with card or don’t place an order at all” which highly offended us for how rudely this was obviously going and ended up saying “well I can have the cops called for you shorting my driver” . Read moreAt 9 PM I ordered food to take to work with me. Estimated time was a half hour. I arrived at 930 to pick up my food and the order screen says 1-5 minute wait with 2 people in front of me. No big deal right? As I'm waiting there are 2 cancelled orders. One order that is above me is told there was a mistake make on their order and would have to be remade. The other order above me is picked up. At 945 2 new names appear above mine on the order screen and mine still reads 1-5 minutes. I ask the girl working the register(not her fault). She tells me that my order hasn't even been started yet. So I wasted 45 minutes of my time placing the order, driving there, and waiting for the supposed 1-5 minutes which turned into 15 minutes and no order to be had. I had to cancel and leave for work. So here I am at work Hangry(hungry and angry) with no way to get anything to eat. I 100% agree with the review from a month ago that said not the employees fault.
