ATTENTION ALL UBER DRIVERS, DECLINE ALL TRIPS TO THIS LOCATION!!! Worst customer service experience in my 42 years. Because they have a delivery service they refused to take my uber order for a customer obviously out of their delivery service area that still wanted their food. I'll forever decline trips to this restaurant. Obviously they don't want my business regardless of who I order for. I like to support local businesses when I accept an uber trip. Unfortunately though, I won't support this restaurant. UPDATE; You refuse to accept Uber orders which is your loss of business as I can easily decline any delivery requests for your restaurant. I extended your customer reach to deliver to people that are out of your delivery area and you refuse. Sounds like you automatically discriminate against anyone wanting your food outside of where you deliver which is a horrible business model and I hope nothing but to see your business doors eventually close as I don't endorse businesses that discriminate just because you don't like Uber. The worst of word of mouth advertising I can provide will forever be displayed. What a joke you are. Don't be sorry, I really don't care about your loss of business because of your idiocy in your display in your business model. Read moreI ordered a taco pizza and brownie online and my order was 'timed out' as I was processing my card, I then called and spoke with a supervisor "Faith" regarding my issue, she told me the order was voided and returned to my card. I had Supervisor Faith place my order what was originally 53.77 was then 34.77 I thought she was being generous for the frustration this has caused. Instead the delivery guy pulled up with a COLD and HARD taco pizza that I orderes just so happened to have veggies on it when I specifically asked for no veggies and no brownie. I then called back up to the store to ask for a re-delivery or a refund so we can order from somewhere else. The supervisor then began to yell at me and told me it'll take 5-10 business days to get a refund, Though this should not take more then 3 business days. I offered to drive up there to get cash. Faith proceeded to yell and tell me no and hung up and stopped answering the phone. Giving this is around the holidays we did not have money to order from somewhere else. Read moreHappy Joes is always a favorite of ours. We are from out of town and anytime we come to visit our family we have to stop and get a pizza. Well this last weekend we had our wedding in the quad cities. We wanted to have pizza brought in as a late night snack for guests that were still around. We originally reached out to the restaurant about 2 months prior to the wedding and started working with Steve. He was super responsive and flexible! They were even willing to deliver to our venue when it was close to the end of their work night and we are so incredibly grateful they did! The guests seemed to love it and even at the end of the night we had some left over and people were asking if they could have it because it was so good! Thank you Steve and Happy Joes for delivering hot, delicious pizza to help wrap up our incredible night and for being such a joy...
