I spend my money here daily and I usually don’t have a problem but these employees don’t understand the customer is always right PERIOD I don’t like when I order a latte and it has a lot of coffee grains if any it’s just my preference and the employee is going back-and-forth with me about whether or not the coffee grains are in the cup claiming it’s ice when it’s clear it’s not ice almost as if to insult my intelligence I come there all the time I spend my money I don’t understand why I can’t just get what I asked for when it happened in the past they just remade I thought that’s what the employees were there for… When I ordered this today I was in the drive-thru once the employee started going back-and-forth with me I just pulled into a parking spot and I walked in but I was so frustrated that I couldn’t even wait to speak to the manager I just had to walk out and just take a loss on the money that I spent to go to another Dunkin’ Donuts and spend my money again…..this employee says to me that every time I come here I have a problem ..Wrong if I order something and it’s incorrect or not to my liking I’m going to say something… I’m using my points and they get annoyed because I ask questions again I don’t know how I’m the one with the problem the employees should be up to date with promos ,if they can’t speak clear English or speak clearly that’s not my fault I’m patient and respectful I should get the same in return I tip all the time only just to be treated like a problem child where...
Read moreThe two african guys who barely work overnight are a problem. 1 their rude, 2 one of them can not speak English clearly enough to take orders, 3 their faces are black yet they seem to have an issue serving the community they are in. Get your staff un line with dunkin donuts policies ans procedures and and make sure they know more indepth about how to address customers PROPERLY. Read moreTwo weeks ago I went in for a cup of tea while I waited for my UBER. I waited two minutes at the register for someone to come and take my order. . At this point I walked down to the pick-up area and asked the THREE workers (who were standing around talking) where do I go to place my order. They stopped talking and just started at me as one worker pointed to the register. So I went back to the register and waited another whole minute. No one ever came to assist me. The three "workers" continued to talk among themselves (in their native language) with no regards to me standing there. Well you guessed it, I walked out! I guess their conversation was far more important than their customers. So thanks to their ignorance and unprofessionalism, I will never step foot in this location again! Mind you, while waiting....I also notice 3 drug addicts who were allowed to sit at the tables and hang out. No food. No drink. Just high and taking up space. Corporate needs to clean house...starting...
