Im a pretty regular customer and today i had ordered two of your new salted caramel iced lattes. I had ordered one small and one medium salted caramel iced latte. I pulled up to pay at the window and they said $8 something. When the drinks are $3 a piece. I asked why it was 8 something and not $6 and some change. She said the deal is with a medium drink. Ok, well why didnt you suggest to sell and say would you like to make your small a medium? So, i had asked what the price was for a small and she said $4 something. What i was mostly disappointed at that the manager that i was talking to shrugged her shoulders at me and said it says it on the sign and walked away from the window. What customer service! I asked for a refund for my drink to make it a medium and she said i had to pull around the bulding, i have a line. I pulled away and wasnt going to make big deal until i looked down and i had no straws. So, i pulled back through the drive thru and asked for my refund for my drink and asked for 2 straws and all i got was an attitude when i came up to the window. They didnt want to wait on me and had another girl do it. Well the new girl charged me for my drink that i was supposed to be getting a refund for. So i got charged for 3 drinks and i only got two. Read moreSomeone needs to train the morning "lead" better. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru (no way to get out of the line once you order.) I ordered a hot coffee and iced coffee, a bagel, and egg bites. When I got to the window, the egg bites were not in the bag. I was told it wasn't put on the order, so I asked for it to be ordered since we already had been in line for 15 minutes. Was told I would have to drive around and get back in line to order the item because their were people behind me. I refused and explained I had been sitting in line since before 8am and it was now almost 815 and we had to be at work and school. She could have simply ordered it charged me and had me pull aside and had someone bring it out or I could go in. She refused, told me she wasn't going to argue with a customer and refused to resolve the matter in anyway. When I asked for something else, she said, "What for? Because YOU didnt order an item?" I explained it WAS ordered. Refused to get her manager, Andrea, and said she was the lead and I would have to deal with her. Andrea's name was on my receipt. I still had my coffee and when I left I noticed it was cold from sitting so long, and only half filled had chocolate syrup all over the outside of my cup and now car cup holder, and we did not have time to get another breakfast before work/school. And we were understanding in the beginning as we did have a bigger order with 4 drinks and 4 sandwiches but the further we got into our order, the more snippy and impatient the person was taking it. Today we ordered and asked for a Caramel ribbon iced latte. The woman on the intercom was really snide and said that they didn't have that. We said that it was maybe just called a caramel iced latte and that we got one yesterday and the woman replied saying they didn't have that, that this wasn't Starbucks but they did have a frozen caramel latte which is not what we asked for.
