Heeeeeey Fam!! This app thingy works on my nerves 🙄 sometimes. I walked into "Chic Fele" almost two weeks ago on my "New Years Day."" "... got that from my extended niece, shout out to "Jennifer"🥰... Saw a mother and daughter ❤️ go to different places on a utube video on their Mom's "New Years Day and get free goodies 😀 right?? Right and wrong!! Somewhere along the way, I missed you having to download the #App. They drove all over the place, enjoying the goodies received, free😃. I thought I could have walked in to verify my new year date via Pic ID, only to discover I needed to download the app. Needless to say, I missed that on the utube video. I was a little disappointed 😞. I'm glad I asked first. As I continued to evolve, that experience busted my bubble that day 🙃 as I decided one and done! Didn't go anywhere else. Everything is about a "darn" app!😵💫🤯. Bring back the days of verifying Pic ID to get a cookie 🍪 😫. I know, right?? A cookie!🤣🤣. Somebody might say you could have bought a cookie 🍪 😏. And you're right! But in my "Big Age," I was looking forward to my "freebie." Don't come for me please... just keep living!! Long story short, I went to the movies to treat myself. Again, I needed the #app to secure the tremendous 👏 discount. Now, in fairness, I knew about the movie app but had not set it up on my phone. A total stranger with a son and I just got into a casual conversation. He had no idea I was celebrating my #New Year's Day, and I didn't mention it. But he knew I hadn't downloaded the movie app. It was time for me to go up to the register to secure my ticket and get a Senior discount. The young lady asked if I had the app. He immediately walked up and said yes and " shared" his discount on his app on his phone with me. I was sooo surprised. It was totally unexpected but so appreciated. He went his way with his son to watch their movie, and I went to mine. I thanked him, introduced myself, and he did the same, and we departed our separate ways. When the "Creator" knows the pure intention of one's ❤️ 💙 💜 heart, the miraculous happens!!! I enjoyed my movie 🎬. And I smiled 😃 to myself because I received more than a free cookie 🍪 ☺️ on my #New Year's day. I got to see an amazing movie, popcorn 🍿 😋 and drink for under $15.00. Shout out to the young man for the good deed. And shout out to the "Creator" for touching his heart. He had no idea what I had experienced earlier in the day. Intention is everything, fam. Order instructions using mobile order app are never followed. Bottom line if someone spends money they should receive what they asked for.
If you are going allow Doordash to be a merchant you should be able to stand behind that and offer the same service regardless of the fulfillment merchant. My order was wrong and it was a delivery through the mobile app using Doordash as the deliver. Did not order directly form Doordash and ultimately they will be transferring the money to you
This location consistently provides cold food which is against the legacy and teachings of S Truett Cathy and Dan Cathy. As a previous corporate employee it is very dismal to experience the decline of Chick fil a service.
It is no longer a My Pleasure environment and service is inconsistent across multiple locations. We understand the pandemic and lack of labor, simultaneously Truett Cathy consistently led with the following “Our problems are not our customers problems”.
After contacting the number Chick fil a provides for customer service I was redirected to Doordash and that is essentially making your workers inability to read and fill up a container of fries fully the customers fault.
You all should be ashamed at staining his legacy but for all we know Dan Cathy who has increased the rate at which Chick fil a’s get opened and not vetting Owner Operators as well as they used to is leading to a decline in service. Dan Cathy your father is rolling in his grave as your business strategy since 2014 has been increasingly similar to McDonalds and that was not your fathers wishes and desires as he wanted to maintain a certain level of service.
Furthermore, if you are going to grow like a publicly traded company then you should price your food accordingly.
After multiple instances with support, Chick fil a Camp Creek (and the evil woman manager who is related to the owner) and multiple issues at the Cascade location, I will no longer use my money to support the foolishness.

Read moreI wish there was a review less than one stare to give this chick fil a but there is not I hope someone from the cooperate office can see my review not the manger MR Rory WOODFAULK because I am sure he knows what's going on but he is not going to do anything about it by hiring unprofessional employees that don't take there job seriously I eat lunch every day at chick fil a in Alpharetta or johns creek except Sundays but last night 9-28-2022 at 8:13 :48 PM I was with a friend and decided to use the drive through at this location I ordered the salad and the new spicy grilled sandwich when I got to the window I only got the scald the guy that took my order did not add my sandwich for some reason even though he was not bossy so I said can I add it now please and pay for it the young black girl at the window had a major attuite like it was my fault and the other two young black girls that where taking the orders to the cars thought it was the funniest thing so paid for it and they asked me to pull to the red sign where I waited 12 minutes for my sandwich only no fries then when I got it it was the regular grilled sandwich not the spicy so I Sid this not what I ordered the young lady said that if I like to Waite up to 20 minutes for a grilled spicy chicken sandwich I said no it is ok but can I please have some cilantro sauce she said we are out I could not believe my ears how can chick fil a have such trash employees represent them my msg for the manager of that location you and your employees need re training or I can come to teach you how to do business I am 58 years old and I won 127 T Mobil stores nation wide your location will go out of business unless cooperate replaces you asap please do your seal a favor and go look at the chick fil a Duluth location on Peachtree how they run there operation so professional maybe you can learn something and start hiring more responsible...
