I really hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like something needs to be said. This is my second time eating here and the service was horrible. The workers at the registers have very poor attitudes and bad customer service. They over talk the customers and rush them to order. If you don’t want to do your job and be respectful while doing it then don’t show up to work!
This time around, I ordered a 15pc boneless wing combo and I added fries and extra blue cheese. Everyone knows that a 15pc automatically comes with 2 dressings. I only received the two that comes with my food but I was charged for 2 extra dressings. I understand it’s a $1 but it’s the principle of the situation. She told me nobody can't fire her from that place. I spoke with the manager and it seems the manager(s) are afraid of her. All the cursing she did was in front of other customers; particularly, elderly folk. The lady then called me a "snitch" Unfortunately, I don't live by those codes from her neighborhood. Read more1st let me say the food is always good, however the initial interaction you have are with the people at the counter. The cashier would not give me her name nor was it on the receipt but she was the worst I have ever encounter. Both cashiers were on their phone, & the one I was ordering with had her uncensored music playing loudly. Also, when I was telling her what I didn’t want on my Philly, she acted as if she couldn’t hear, I had to repeat myself multiple times, then she walked away. By this time I am super frustrated. After a 20 minute wait, I asked for a refund. Both the cashiers acted as if they didn’t know how to do a refund.
