Wnb factory cascade — Restaurant in Georgia

This review is from our first visit, so I'm not sure if we went on a good night or if it's the same every day. The prices were reasonable. 2 piece fish and rice I believe was $9 and the 10 piece wings meal was $11. I was about to order from Fish Supreme and saw their fish was $15. Glad that I didn't.

The wings and fries were good. Not small or too big, just a good size. Nothing to brag about, but definitely worth ordering again. But BA-BY, that rice and fish was everything. I'm a sauce gal. I like to put sauce on everything, but you don't even need it for the fish. It was seasoned VERY well. The vegetable rice had a lot of broccoli, which I loved. The only thing I didn't care for was the hush puppy. They are tiny and weren't that great, but the fish made up for it.

Customer service is garbage at this location! My husband went in to order some food and the clerk did not acknowledge, greet, or do anything.... She just stood there, plus they were not busy in the store for her to be frustrated. So my husband waited patiently in front of the register to be acknowledge to know when to order, but never was so he stated to the clerk, "you can't speak" and she stayed, "no". Therefore, he walked out because we dont spend our money at business that dont demonstrate appropriate and respectful customer service to others. If she did not want to be at work, then dont just stay at home with your bad vibes and energy. However, we will not be going to this...

The best WNB location is hands down!!!!!! Food always tastes fresh, handled with care, cooked perfectly, and never dry or under cooked. Their food quality goes beyond flavor, which is amazing, but their 5 stars really reflect in how fresh everything tastes. Ima bone-in gurl but accidentally ordered boneless and it was so good I keep ordering that now every now and then. Again, never dry or undercooked. Customer service is always amazing, patient, kind, professional!!!! I had a problem, and instead of accusing me or getting an adittude, they helped me resolve it. Best location.
