China Express — Restaurant in East Point

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for decades, regularly ordering the same thing for my family. The person who usually takes our order has known us for years, but during my recent call (05/21/2025), I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional she was. She spoke so quickly that I couldn’t understand everything she said. When I tried to clarify, she became frustrated, told me I “do this all the time” and that I “talk too much,” then abruptly hung up the phone.

She had no patience whatsoever, even though I was simply trying to make sure the order was correct. I called back to explain that I hadn’t understood her, and she repeated the same dismissive comments before hanging up again. After years of supporting this business, I felt completely disrespected and disappointed.

Today marks the day they’ve lost three customers — myself and my family — because I refuse to be treated that way. No one deserves to be spoken to with such rudeness, especially from a place we’ve supported...

I placed a carry-out order over the phone. I arrived to pick up my food. The cooks were still preparing my food. As I watched them prepare the food, a cook dropped the food on the floor.....looked around to see if anyone was looking (however to his dismay, I was watching him)......and placed the food into the container to serve. Needless to say, I did not pay nor eat this food! After confronting the lady at the desk, she ultimately pretended that she spoke little English and did not understand. I hope that she understood that I will definitely report this!

I didn't even get a chance to taste the food!! The lady on the phone was so rude when I was trying to place my order. I looked up their menu and tried to tell her what I wanted and she kept interrupting me and told me that their prices had changed. When I went to ask what were their prices now.. She cut me off yet again n told me to hurry because she is not going to hold the phone. I said well isn't that your job to receive my order and correct me on the prices so i can order. She preceded to be rude again. At this point I didn't even want their food anymore. They probably would've spit in it or dropped it on the floor after that anyway. But definitely fire the woman answering the phone ASAP because she has zero customer service! You're losing money with her...
