I pay $2,300 in full 3 months ago to be at this Marine and because i need a new engine on my boat was not ready until today was my first day putting my 2004 BayLiner on the water I was very happy and excited about it but Mike and his staff made me and my family very uncomfortable very rude and one of his employees was out side directing the traffic and got very angry at me because the trailer was still attach to my truck I apologize to him for the inconvenience and tried to explain about and his reaction was “ who are you are you sure that you have your boat here with us, I need to ask Mike. “ He then ask “do you know Mike?” I said to him yes I sign a contract and paid him $2,300 dollars for the season and his next question was if I knew Mike last name and he start screaming Mike Mike you need to speak to this guy,…guy this is how he was referring to a new customer coming to this Marine,…my next move was call Mike and told him how I feel Uncomfortable I feel about the whole experience and he reaction was “I should be thankful that he let me part on his property with a trailer attached to my truck”at this point I feel like everything that I experience today will continue happened I ask Mike if I can just leave and get my Money back and he “ no that is my money, we didn’t do anything wrong we was trying...

I have visited this place accompanied by family members. Let me tell you I did not feel welcome at all! I was approached by a staff member there who was completely disrespectful. He proceeded to yell across the dock “yo” “you can’t fish there”. I was very respect but felt targeted as a person of color and was only there to enjoy boat time with my family. Upon approaching him he asked my two children if I was there father for what ever reason. He proceed to ask me “how do did you get in?” And pointed to a sign which did not state that I could not fish. Different family members had uncomfortable in counters with staff members and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I felt like they were racist. My family member was a member at the Yacht Club and should be treated with respect. They need to train there staff on how to approach customers in a...

Stopped here for afternoon lunch and a few drinks on a saturday. Looked this place up online, saw they served some food. Opens at 1230-1. Got here at 3, ordered 2 drinks, then asked about food. Bartender directed us to the cook who had not yet started the grill.....it was 3. So why not list on your website "food served from 3-x"? The drinks are served in small plastic cups. 2 mixed drinks were $16. That is steep for drinks out of a plastic cup in my experience. The food was okay. Nothing to rave about. Overall? This place has so much potential, but the focus is likely on the night crowd with a good live band, beer, and over priced mixed drinks. Maybe a place to go to in the evening after you had a drink or 2 with friends prior to coming. Then come here for some music...
