Y’all have got one of the best meals ( The Gyro) and the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen from a manager. I came in last night to get my usual and the Dr Pepper was out so the manager trainee went to change and them came back to tell me it was changed. So I go to get some and it’s clear. I understand that you have to wait a couple minutes before you try it and I did and it was clear. I go back up to get someone’s attention and right when I’m about to speak to the manager ( I didn’t know it was her at the time) she says “here I’ll give you a new cup” and I was like “no it hasn’t been changed yet” as I’m trying to show her my cup with it being clear. She got an attitude and this point and said “well the just told me it was changed” and walked off. So the trainee goes back to fix it and she’s been back there for a few minutes so I figured they changed it and just for got to tell me. So I see the manger again
coming up and ask her has it been changed she yells “ no ma”m and walks off again. And why this is happening my friend is waiting for her food as it sits getting cold. The trainee came back to tell me it was ready while I’m about to just go ahead and get a refund. Read moreProbably the worst service I've had from a fast food restaurant. Cashier/ order taker was rude and very cold to us. We were very polite in telling her we had 2 orders. She seemed frustrated and proceeded to take our orders My sister asked for a meal but then told her she didn't want a drink. She responded "well you don't want a meal". I was a little baffled that we had not been rude to her. I ordered a kids meal with apple juice. She forgot to separate the orders so that made her even more rude. The chicken tenders I received were COLD not kinda warm but cold as if they had been in the refrigerator. We came back because I couldn't eat those. Told her on the mic as the inside was not opened she simply said "pull up". She walked away from the window and sent the MGR TRAINEE Jeremy to the window as she knew she has been rude, rushing us and simple acting as if she hated her job and was ready to leave. It was 9:15pm but no reason for rudness. Jeremy didn't apologize and simple said they are hot. Fast food service has gotten so bad now. I think owners and managers simply want a body to work.
