Three years ago I used to come to this Dunkin everyday because the service was quick, it was well priced, and I loved the staff. For the last year and a half now it has really gone down hill. When I go to get my Sunday morning drink the line is so long in the drive thru. And you might think we'll just do a walk in order - it's slightly faster but not really. It's so bad that I don't even go on Sunday mornings hardly anymore. Look I work in a fast paced food service industry - I know it is easy to get behind on orders. I am understanding with new staff, being busy, and getting rushed that it can be difficult to keep up. This is ridiculous though it is a coffee shop, it's going to be busy, especially on a Sunday before church, this should have been all hands on deck. I placed my mobile order at 9:36, I got into the drive thru at 9:40, I received my order at 10:08. When I pulled up to the speaker - their digital menu said welcome back, and told me to pull up to the window to receive my order. That is what I did; when I got to the window they asked if I had a mobile order for Kyle. I said no, and told them my name. They proceeded to tell me that I need to wait at the speaker next time and tell them I have a mobile order. I told them that the screen literally told me to move to the window. They said that they knew it did that but it didn't mean they knew I was there. I'm not a genius but that doesn't make sense. So I'm not sure who needs to step in, but apparently y'all need to fix your software cause something isn't computing correctly or I was lied to. I know I sound like a Karen but I literally love Dunkin and this Dunkin was my favorite for a long time. This just seems ridiculous to me. And I didn't get anything super complicated, I got a Large Iced Chai Latte and a Sausage Egg Wrap. My order was wrong as well - which isn't a big deal isn't just not what I ordered but I ate it and I was happy. I got a bacon wrap instead of a sausage wrap. I'm not sure if y'all need better management, better communication, or employee incentives but this is literally ridiculous. America isn't running off of this Dunkin maybe crawling but certainly...
Read moreI have worked anywhere from J.Alexander’s as a line cook, a Phlebotomist for Chattanooga Family Practice, to a line cook for Ruth Chris’s etc. Grew up in management my whole life. I’ve NEVER been so disgusted by ALL management & how poorly they run a business! Literally assaulted by a crew member and his GF & dealing with court now BUT Dunkin offered no support in any form from this accident while on clock on top of I worked an 18hr shift w/o a break of ANY kind per GMs request. Single mom needing the $ I said yes only with a 30 min break; never got & GM shows up hr b4 close just to bark orders and take twice the time it usually took closing. After all this the GM & AGM started harassing & singling me out to push me out the door. Called me names like “crack head” verified by 3 other employees. I have reported this and made formal complaints just to never hear anything back still after 4 months. After my complaints they cut my hours literally from 60hrs to ZERO! They gossip, complain and harass employees more than work! They target people with mental illness or people that aren’t up to there “standards” not related to work. This place is crooked, pretty sure robbing itself as in internal theft . God bless it I’ve got way more than just this little bit plus proof. I’ve now had to hire a lawyer upon learning my rights fully and the extent of the crookedness. Drink wise just request “the Dunkin way “ you’re good. Working...
Read moreTerrible experience at this Dunkin' location today. I ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese and extra cream cheese in the drive-thru. After waiting over 5 minutes, I received plain bagels.
When I pointed out the mistake, the employee just pointed at the sticker on the bag and said "you got what you ordered, see the sticker?" When I asked for the correct order, she only offered a refund. I had to explicitly state "I just want what I ordered" before she huffed and walked away without responding.
The replacement bagels came out quickly (makes me wonder why the first order took so long), but they were burnt and had barely any cream cheese - certainly not the extra I requested. Worse yet, the male employee practically threw the bag at me and completely ignored me when I thanked him.
During the wait, I could clearly see staff members discussing me in a negative way, which made an already frustrating situation even more humiliating.
This was my first visit to this specific location, but I've experienced similar poor service at other Dunkin' stores in Chattanooga. I was actually a Dunkin' fan before moving here from Texas, which makes this ongoing disappointment even more frustrating. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I keep trying, and hoping, and then this is what...
