McDonald's — Restaurant in East Ridge

We went to this location for coffee around 6:40 a.m. bc McDonalds coffee is consistently good (compared to hotel coffee). It was a beautiful morning. Upon walking in our shoes slipped on the floor. We look down and you can see smears of oil-like substance. It was smeared annd greasy all the way to the counter. Seems to have been mopped with grimy water/mop from the kitchen. The table tops were not wiped down. There were no other customers inside. Only the drive-through had customers. The cash register was covered in grime. The bins of sugars and creamers next to the register were not filled and the remnants of them not being cleaned out were obvious. We were very kind and told an employee that the floor was slippery so they can make it safe for other customers. They proceeded to blatantly make fun of us and took about 6-8 minutes to make our coffee. While making our coffee other employees were watching them (we couldn’t see the ones making our drinks) and they would look at us and laugh. Needless to say, we didn’t drink the coffee. We set them on the counter on the way out. . The store could have just had a rush. There could have been an oil spill. (Wet floor signs would be good or close the lobby while it gets handled). But there were employees standing by the hash browns eating. There were enough employees to have gotten some Tables wiped down and the ordering counter not looking gross. I would understand them being offended had we been rude. Be proud of where you work. An occasional wipe down makes a big difference. If there is a cleanliness complaint, see if it’s valid. Don’t make fun of people who weren’t hateful. Who knows how they could fix the floors but had they even looked, they would have seen the greasy smears. I hope nobody slipped and fell. This restraunt has the most rude and hateful employees working at this location every time i walk in its filthy , literaly stick to the floor , the people working behind the counter are rude and all around nasty speaking people ! Ive been cussed , money snatched out of my hand , every time i order online on the app they always mark it as done and never fill the order when i ask about it ive been tood o well what do you want me to do anout it ! Rhey have charged me for things then tell me 30 min later that they dont have it and refuse to refund my money ! They drop peolles burger on the fround and laugh about it and seeve that same sandwich to elderly people and dare them to complain ! Ive been spoke to like a dog by multiple employees including managment when i complain to them they say amd i quote “ it wonr do any good to complain ‘ the other day ive had money snatxhed out of my hand , when ask for a manager one of the younfer employees yelled to the back to the manager saying “ theres a white boy up here wanting to whine 0 ruat was in front of a packed store ! I have one star because it wont let me give less ! What happened to customer service , or respect , and morality ? You wont find anything but negativity and hate at this location ! Im calling corp, today and i plan in filming everything ive said and posting it on any and all platforms until this is fixed ! Whh hire a place of all peolle that dont want to do there job ? The line was long so we decided to go in to eat. We waited 10 min. For someone to take our order. The really didn't speak nor smile or even greet us. Another customer had already placed theirs and was waiting. There were 2 customers eating in the lobby and a family of kids playing but came out to eat. Both of those customers cleaned up after their selves. We ordered. Both drink machines had several drinks out, one coke was nothing but carbon. One sprite was ok. No straws, trash everywhere, had to reach out hand up in the container for napkins. We waited 20 min for our food. While waiting I looked for a table, there were 4 of us. 95% of the tables were nasty. We didn't want to take up the handicap tables nor sit at the bar due to back problems with my husband. The booths table open was so small so we needed more room. We decided to pic the least dirty table and clean it ourselves. When we got our food the Double Cheeseburger was not plain as requested. While eating 2 gentlemen cam in waiting forever to be served and finally said excuse me they ignored them said it again louder and the lady came. There were 3 workers total. One cook, one driver through and one front but the front was being the runner for the drive thru. Yes there were lots of cars in drive thru. I'm sure it was expected. But scheduling enough people to help and clean the lobby is necessary for an exceptional review. I am attaching some pictures. May have to zoom in, I didn't get real close to the messes.
