Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Rutherford

I always read reviews first, so I should have none better! Last resort due to choices, we would order a couple times. Every single time something was wrong. Total of 3 until I had to see for myself. I shouldn’t have!

Unsanitary is understatement. I have no clue how the board of health hasn’t shut them down. There were literally some kind of bugs floating in 3 of the 6 drinks I ordered. Throw in 2 of the others were wrong at least 1 was drinkable. If you could get over the fact that everyone else was so grossed out. Despite 10 people working, or talking to each other, you think would get quickly. No chance, and each one was acting like I was a bother because ordering 6 things.

I visited my local Dunkin’ this morning and ordered a medium iced decaf latte along with a chocolate-glazed donut. Unfortunately, they gave me a hot latte instead of iced, and when I mentioned it, the staff insisted I never asked for ice. They didn’t offer to fix the mistake, which was disappointing. Hadn't been to this location in quite some time was surprised that it was revamped so clean and all the young ladies in the store greeted me with such warm smiles that I kind of feel like I was getting coffee at home!!
