DON’T DO IT!!!! Lacking a Starbucks and not wanting to go to Dunkin, I stumbled upon this place (lower level) and wanted to try it out (not from the area). Boy was this a waste. Terrible customer service. Two girls at the counter, one leaning up against it and the other signing to the music over the speakers. One I make eye contact with one, she points to the other and says she will take my order. She smiles (or so it seems under the mask) but I still am never greeted. In fact no one speaks (to me) the entire time. I tell her my order, she rings me up and I stick my card in. No receipt given (and since there was a roll of receipts from previous customers it wasn’t worth asking). No thank you. No it will be right up. Wait on the side. A male employee puts the drink on the counter and walks away. DOESNT SPEAK. thankfully I read the sticker on it and it was mine. awful. Threw it out. Should have looked at the terrible reviews (all unanswered) before going. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME...
