Bravo Pizza (K) — Restaurant in East Rutherford

"A recent Saturday night sojourn to Bravos Pizza revealed a scene of considerable wait times, with a lion's share of patrons enduring a half-hour queue. While such delays are understandable given the establishment's popularity, it is a testament to the allure of their specialty pizzas, which truly shine. The original slice, however, falls short of expectations, earning a mere 6 out of 10.

It is,however, the soup that truly tarnishes the experience. The so-called 'mushroom barley soup' is a culinary abomination. Its murky, unappetizing appearance, adorned only by from the looks of it a forlorn lemon slice, was the first sign of trouble. A hasty attempt to rectify this culinary misstep was met with disappointment, as the staff proved unwilling to rectify the situation.

And so, I was forced to endure a bowl of watery, flavorless liquid, punctuated by soggy barley. This dismal concoction, a far cry from the comforting soup one might expect, merits a paltry...

The convenience of a kosher establishment in a mall is why I give it 2 stars. However, it goes downhill from there. For the price you pay, $30 a pie, they should be a little more organized like a mall establishment. You order verbally your pies and then go to another section to order everything else, verbally. There is no receipt or number given. You kind of have to wait around and keep on asking when your things are ready. If you don't, you'll never get it. I waited 20 minutes for my fries and finally asked, she didn't even know I had made an order and got them for me in 1 minute. Seems like they work on an honor system. Disappointing Service Experience

I had a very unpleasant experience at this pizza store. When I approached the counter and asked a simple question, the staff member looked at me with completely blank, disinterested eyes—as if I wasn’t even there. After repeating my question, I was met with the same cold stare, making it feel like I was bothering him just by speaking.

To make things worse, they rushed me to place my order, despite the fact that there was no one else waiting. It felt like they were pretending to be busy just to get rid of me. I asked if they had any vegetables, and the guy flatly replied, “Only what’s here”—yet not even a minute later, he pulled a fresh vegetable pizza out of the oven.
