Great Big Game Show New Jersey — Attraction in East Rutherford

We happened to pass by and noticed a fun promotion the Great Big Game Show was doing—and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the energy was upbeat and welcoming. Our host, Rashad, was great! He was engaging and really made the whole experience come alive.

This time, it was just my husband and me, and we genuinely had such a blast. It felt like being part of a live game show—something totally different and exciting. We laughed, competed, and got totally into it. The environment was friendly and full of good vibes. The entire staff was warm and helpful.

What I especially loved was how perfect this setup is for group bonding. It’s an excellent idea for team-building—fun, interactive, and something everyone can get into regardless of personality or age. I’m already planning to bring my team here for a work outing because I know they’ll love it just as much. Thanks to Colton and his amazing customer service, I already have my next trip planned out! Can’t wait to come with my team!

I feel the need to say this, I found it HIGHLY overpriced for what’s offered. I actually cannot believe this is $48 (with tax) per person. This is not worth more than $20. Host even said some props were missing such as the blind folds and markers. The host “filled” the time with dialogue that I found dumb such as asking several times, “are you okay? Are you having fun? Are you ready?”, very little substance and actual play time. I could tell she was reading from a script. The games were ok just would’ve been more fun if the pace was much much faster. I don’t know what the intended age group is for this but I wouldn’t give it more than 13 years old. Probably about 80% of my time there I was twiddling my thumbs. Also they need to advertise that groups of 5-6 is ideal to make it more competitive. CC was our game host and honestly, his energy was everything! super bubbly, enthusiastic, and had great vibes the entire time. he had such a confident stage presence and really made the experience feel exciting from start to finish. the space was a little loud, but that just added to the fun it felt like we were part of a live show taping which made it even more immersive.

we got to try a free 15-minute game during their grand opening and played three different mini games: a blaster game using nerf guns to hit our team’s targets, trivia, and block builder. each one brought something different to the table and kept my team and the opposing team engaged the whole time. even though i only had CC as my host, i’d absolutely love to have him again next time. can’t wait to come back soon with a...
