Legacy Deli & Convenience — Restaurant in East Rutherford

I am highly upset with this business. I am a mom in the town and called the business to inquire if they were interested in helping and donating to the town sport that my children are currently playing in. I thought to ask since they have a business in the town. I was asked who I was and what I wanted, then was immediately hung up on. I tried calling back thinking maybe my phone got disconnected, but I soon realized they blocked my number, not allowing me to call back. If they weren't interested in donating then a kind No thank you or we aren't interested would be suffice. Poor ethics! My kids along with many many of their friends (who play sports in town) on a daily basis go to their establishment to buy snacks and drinks after school. Again, I've gotten many No's from bigger businesses in town, BUT they alteast had the courtesy of respectfully declining without having to block my number. ...

Food is the best in town, no one can compete. The handsome young man with the lucious hair and beard was nice to me and my little daughter, offered her some candy and shows her so much love. Ahmad is a great guy, this store deserves to have 5 rating. Their gyro and shawarma are the best, can’t go to anyone else. Love the way he chops the cheese.
