Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in East Stroudsburg

This place NEVER answered their phone until today- and today was absolutely disgusting. This African American woman mentioned in the previous review HATES her job and she needs to be fired. The new cashier Chassidy rang up my order of one pizza and I couldn’t understand why it was $10 when I’m use to paying around 7 and change. I kindly asked her why was it so high and she couldn’t explain so I asked if she could get the manager. This woman pictured came out sucking her teeth with a hostile attitude saying “THE PRICE OF EVERYTHING WENT UP!” I calmly advised that I understood what’s going on but I’d like to know how my order came up to $10 for something I just paid $7 for a few days ago as this has been my Friday night tradition for a while. Again she started yelling and pointing at the board. I lowered my voice even further hoping she’d realize how hostile she was to ask clarifying questions so I know what to expect if I ever returned. Once she saw that I understood I said “okay, next time, keep your attitude.” Clearly Chassidy felt awkward the whole time as this manager was yelling at a customer for no reason at her new job so she walked away. The manager said “you asked a question and I answered you and now I’m the problem, you customers are fxcking pathetic- just pathetic.” I said “you know what, I don’t want this, can I have a refund? I’ll take my business to Dominos where they respect people.” She yells “I’m done talking, she needs to get out.” I said okay, I need everyone’s name- looking to compliment everyone else for their service before this woman got hostile. Instead Chassidy said she couldn’t give any names and walked away. I tried calling her and the coworker that was helping her back to the front for a refund. At that point EVERYONE began to ignore me. Food was great. Pizzas cooked to perfection. Served piping hot. That's the good part of the review... Ordered on the app, easy enough to do. Got a pickup time, followed that. Get to the establishment in 20 mins for pickup, pizza order wasn't even started! Got the line, "we're a little backed up, it's going to be 5-10 more minutes". Since you have to pay with your credit card on the app, I had to wait for the order, I was stuck at that point then, waiting an extra 40 minutes at the establishment. FOR 3 PIZZAS IT TOOK AN HOUR! I don't know if it was lack of preparation in reading the orders coming in... If it was because there were only 2 employees in the place... Or if that many orders had been placed to back them up so badly... But something has to give here!!

Allow yourself extra time when ordering dinner on a Thursday night at 715 p.m.

My family and I have been making Little Caesar's in East Stroudsburg our Friday night tradition for the past 3 months. About 3 weeks ago that changed. We ordered a few meat feast pies and when we got home it was clear they used old pepperoni pies and just added the other toppings, the pep was burnt, crust burnt but the other toppings soft, near raw. Called and spoke to Dalton, waste of time. He should not be allowed to deal with the public. Called corporate twice before a manager contacted me. Told him the ordeal, told him I had video of the food. Tells me to stop by the store. By the time I make it in a week later, that manager no longer works there. Round 2, still waiting for a manager to contact me. In the meantime, this past Friday we got 2 pies, ask for light on the sauce, and somehow that gets interpreted as extra sauce. Was going to ask for replacement pies from our first ordeal, now I'm just getting my money back and...
