Starbucks — Restaurant in East Tawas

So I will say the staff is very pleasant and will fix a mistake brought to their attention I had a little mess up today on my order and they fixed it immediately for me! And the drink was perfect, but I have had many many times where the drink is made wrong, and missing add ons. I do believe some of the staff may need more training, and definitely hire new people for the busy days, again I think more training is necessary for this business to thrive. Super clean inside, and again the employees are so nice and professional. I love Starbucks but for my first time visiting the Tawas location, I’m extremely disappointed! I ordered a caramel macchiato hot latte. But what I received did not taste like a caramel macchiato, more like black coffee. Not to mention the cup was not even filled 3/4 full. It had so much cream at the top, I waited for it to go down and just couldn’t believe it. What a waste of money and my time...

Waited 45 minutes to get my order, meanwhile I watched a dozen cars in the drive-thru go by during that time. There were a handful of people inside who have been there even longer. Meanwhile they’re making orders for people who aren’t even here to pick up yet.
