My wife says that Iām Olive Garden Mad when I get somewhat irritated about things. She found a hair baked into her food and we complained quietly to our server and she came back and said the manager was willing to remove the cost of the shrooms. When I asked to speak to the manager he never showed up. All I wanted to do was inform him that it was inside the stuffing and looked baked in so I was concerned for other patrons getting the same thing. We asked for the bill because at this point we didnāt have an appetite. I happened to see the manger as we were leaving, so I approached him to tell him and he was very dismissive about it. As embarrassing as it is to admit, I berated him, in part making my point clearly and loudly considering where we were. He offered a gift certificate but I had no plans on returning and we left. After we left, and we were a few miles away, I felt that I handled that awfully so I turned around to apologize. I went back in and asked to speak to the manager again. He came out and I apologized for my behavior and what I said about him. I was way more settled down about it. He apologized as well and we shook hands and went our separate ways. The rest staff that we interacted with were very nice and attentive and appeared very embarrassed about the manager. The rest of the food we ordered looked good so my only complaint was the inaction of the boss. We havenāt been back since, but I someday I might if the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been to this Olive Garden several other times. When we arrived I could tell that is was not going to be a good night because the parking lot was so empty. This was the first time I have seen it so empty. They now have these small portable tablet type device on every table, you can look at the menu on this, even though they still bring you a menu, or your kids can pay to play games while you wait for dinner. I want peace and quiet when I go out for dinner. If I wanted the kids playing games during dinner I can stay at home. We place our order and I did not get what I ordered. I did not want to wait another 20 minutes while my wife finished her dinner. The price have gone up since the last time we were there. They waiter brought us 2 bread sticks, last time we had a basket full. They charge almost $4.00 for a small bowl of sauce to dip your bread in. I could buy 2 to 3 jars of sauce for that price. The waiter did not tell us there was a charge for the sauce when we were asked if we wanted it with our bread sticks. I was charge almost $17.00 for a small plate of white sauce, over cooked small amount of chicken strips and noodles. They have lost our dinner trips to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThank you James G for excellent service and a wonderful birthday dinner. I got the 5 cheese tortelloni without the chicken and my husband got the meatball stuffed pizza pockets and requested no mushrooms. We shared a tiramisu for dessert and I got a brewed coffee while my husband ordered a double espresso. We were disappointed as the food seemed frozen pre-made and re-heated not prepared fresh. There were chicken crumbs on my tortelloni as if the chicken had been picked off and the pizza pockets were stuffed with mushrooms. The tiramisu was completely frozen we had to wait a few minutes to be able to eat it. (In Italy Tiramisu is served room temp to blend the flavors). My coffee was good, my husband said his espresso tasted like instant coffee but was OK. Our server, James, was very accommodating and gracious as we picked through our meal and brought to his attention the things that were wrong, like the mysterious food stuck inside my wineglass, the iced tea with very little ice that tasted fishy... The most amazing thing about Olive Garden is the salad and...
